Everything was overcooked, dried out and hard like it was reheated. The fries had no seasoning. The ground beef in my taco salad was so full of char that I couldnt eat it and none of the ingredients were fresh. My kids couldnt chew their food because it was so hard. Im giving 2 stars because the fried mushrooms were good, the waitress was very nice and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Waitress really friendly ordered our food not even a minute or two of sitting down. Waited 45 minutes the couple next to us were about to leave because they had waited longer and we had a movie to catch still no food we told the other waitress we had to go because our friendly waitress had to leave as well. Do not go here before a movie

Meet was dry and bland like other person said and service was terrible and VERY slow! Had to ask several times for everything and had to ask several times for check too, had to go to the manager and ask him to just run it so bad experience! They need to staff more people too!

Been waiting for over an hour for my food and still no sign of it. Asked 3 times and all they said it would be a few minutes. Not coming back to this place. It does not take over a hour to make a burger.

The topping selection for the burgers and dogs is the best thing going for the place. The burgers werent especially good and the prices are a bit high for what you receive. Im not sure Id go back.

Food took forever. When it came out, the burger was hot, but the toppings had obviously been cooked and set to the side because they were cold. Couldnt even eat the whole thing. Very overpriced.

Waited 10 minutes before a server came over then our food took another 35 minutes after that for two burgers and one small fry. The burgers were a let down. Better off going to Five Guys.
