I am not a fan of fast food; however, I went here to get food for my family. First, they need to get a better intercom system to take orders because I had to repeat myself several times to order. Additionally, once I got to the window the item I requested, a pot pie was not available. As a result, I had to choose another item, which I required that I call my family. This would have been fine if the attendant at the window had exercised greater patience or informed me at the intercom that the item was not available. Overall this place needs improvement from a customer service perspective. According to my family the food is good. I have not ate there in several years.

Honestly, Ive never had a problem at this KFC. Its a fairly typical KFC location inside & out, and ive never seen it what i would call really busy. Ive always gotten what i ordered, and ive never gotten cold or obviously stale/old food. I almost always walk in for take out, but when ive gone through the drive through its been fine. There is a bit of a language barrier depending on whos working the cash register because some employees do have a heavy accent but its never been a problem for me. Note: Depending on the time you visit, it can be nearly impossible to turn (left) out of the KFC and get back onto jefferson davis hwy heading towards woodbridge.

Went here because I was CRAVING the grilled chicken , went to the drive thru and they took my order only for me to get to the window to pay "Im sorry mam but we dont have grilled chicken" WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DONT HAVE GRILLED CHICKEN !? This is a chicken place and the food SHOULD be ready !!!!! Im so angry and dude told me to come back in 18 minutes and it should be ready like no ! It should have been ready when I got there !!!!!!!!

The server in the evenings is always rude to people she doesnt know. I watched her be friendly to those she knew, while she barely spoke to me when I walked up. Just stood there until I ordered. I hate to go there and have to deal with her. I cant believe she can keep her job. The service is also extremely slow. I wont spend another dime at this location.

This is a fast-food chain, so the price for food is alright. But the food is cold and nasty, they dont serve chicken sometimes (???) The staff is really rude and ditzy. It is to my to my understanding that this place is a dump.

The store is disorganized. I dont think there is any leadership. The manager must be the one telling at the other employees. But at least cashier smiled at me.
