Bring back the original Chicken Little and spices. This is a message to Corporate. Its not complicated; give the custormer their completed order with nothing missing including the biscuit. The customer interaction is always good at this location. However, I do not appreciate getting home to find out my order is missing one or more items which were ordered and paid for in three separate occasions. Lets fix that!! Otherwise, chicken is chicken and not complicated.

I tried it as an alternative to Popeyes. Im not going back. I had their spicy chicken, which had a spicy greasy sauce poured over it. It was terrible! Even the cole slaw tasted bad--it was loaded with sugar and cut into tiny pieces by someone who got too enthusiastic with the food processor. Never again. Good place to avoid.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Lawrence was working the counter and was fantastic. He is what is right in America today. Diversity, Professionalism, and a can-do attitude. Would love to see him be Employee of the month. Thank you for your positive attitude. Food was cooked well and was warm and served quickly.

Get the feel that they dont get a lot of business. Got a 3 piece tender Nashville hot meal, got home to find the sauce only covered parts of the strips and the strips definitely didnt look fresh. Werent hot.

Fought traffic to get to the Gaithersburg store, only to find it was closed on Friday afternoon because they didnt have enough staff. Dont waste you time going to this store.
