For some reason the service has really gone down my last few visits. Two visits ago they flat out left a sandwich out of my order, and I only had a three sandwich order. My last visit I knew I better check my order since their service had gone down. So I checked and made sure I had the right number of items. Well they pulled a fast one on me and they gave me fried chicken nuggets instead of grilled. Normally not a big deal, they both taste good. But when the grilled were very specifically and deliberately ordered because someone has Celiacs and cannot eat the flour in the grilled nuggets it is a real downer. I guess now I am going to have to open up every item to make sure it is right. Kind of frustrating when there are 15 cars behind you waiting.

Bad customer service and very poor quality of food for children. I bought three chicken sandwich plus three bottle of milk for my three children. I asked if they can get the toy and they told me it is only for kids menu. Because my kids go these places just for the toy, I asked them if I can get a toy. They want to charge me 1.60 per each toy. I was expecting they could give for free after all I bought. I believe the most important is the quality of food for kids rather than a toy. I usually like Chick-fill-A but I believe as a mom is more important the nutrition that you give to your children than a toy. Chick- fil- A should change their kids menu.

Great place, great food, and great service. We held a small going away get together for my 4 year old son with the Managers permission. He was very helpful and so was the staff. We had 15 kids in total and the staff was on top of it. They would check on the kids every couple of minutes to see if we needed refills and of course, napkins. The manager would also check on us and gave every single kid a stuffed toy cow. The kids loved it and had lots of fun. I highly recommend this place and give two thumbs up to the manager and the staff!

This was my first time eating at a Chic-fil-A because I am celiac; they just started offering gluten free buns and french fries that are safe, I was a bit cautious but the manager walked the front end staff through the order and it came out perfectly. Chicken was tasty, gluten free bun soft and well made and the Chic-fil-A sauce amazing. The restaurant was not very busy at around 8pm, it was clean and the kids enjoyed the play area. Great visit, good food and nice experience. Will come again.

The quality of food was great but there was such a long line. I went through the drive-thru and it was a double line drive through that converted into one line this seemed like forever, I was shocked that they didnt get the food mixed up but they managed to get it right. this area is clearly outgrowing the restaurants in the area. The shopping center one way in and out. Some much traffic

Food is always fresh, and the people are always really nice. I know its part of the training, but it really makes me want to come back again and again. Also, theyre not just after your money like some places. You order a sandwich with no tomato, they removed $.10 from the check for it. How amazing is that?!

Lovely place, very neat and clean. Not to mention the staff are wonderful and very helpful. My hands were busy with my 9 month old and they didnt have any issues helping me. Also the service is excellent, a young lady came around asking if I needed a refill. As well as offering to take my trash.

Chick-Fil-A service is very good. Both this franchise and the one by Potomac Mills are well run. Unfortunately, this location is horrendous if you want to visit the other stores in this strip mall. My wife and I call it "The Thunder Dome". Come by during off-hours for quicker service.

They cut the line off 3 minutes early to the drive thru right as my friend and I pulled up to the line and they celebrated as they walked into the restaurant because they didnt have to serve one more car. How ridiculous can you be sprinting to cut off the drive thru.

Good chicken sandwiches, but thats just not usually my first choice for a meal. The drive-through is usually very efficient, but eating in feels a little disorganized. Good play area for the kids.
