So... I love Popeyes... but my most recent experience in the drive through on June 18, 2017 at 9:30pm was not so great. I asked for a spicy three piece combo with a side of mashed potatoes, a large mac n cheese, and a Diet Coke. I got 2 pieces of mild chicken, a side of mashed potatoes, and a Dr. Pepper. Sigh. I guess I should be eating healthier and they helped me out by leaving out the chicken and mac n cheese. Plus I hate Dr. Pepper, but I guess I should be cutting soda out of my diet. :/ Thanks Westminster Popeyes. My receipt also states that I was charged for everything I asked for... cool.

The Coke I was handed tasted awful. I understand this happens sometimes so I said something and kindly asked for a Sprite. She then said that all of the sodas were like that and the company to fix it has been called, so I requested a sweet tea instead. But she clearly knew the soda machine was broken and the soda was terrible when she handed it to me to begin with when all they had to do is tell customers so they could order non-carbonated drinks. Instead they were intentionally selling trash to people who would mostly find out after driving away.

The manager lady is by far the most disrespectful I order for her every week for my colleagues and its getting worst every time I come here. Then some kid named Antonio is just as bad as the manager lady he would not help me when I needed help. Also the manager lady knew she was i was going to report her for calling me a greedy American and Would not give me her name. She called me a trump supporter and told me to kiss her ass because she charged me 1.40 per sauce

Probably one of the worst Popeyes Ive ever experienced. Asked for spicy chicken, but was given mild. The chicken was woefully overcooked and the coleslaw had a strange taste. I couldnt eat it. My mouth tasted like it had a coating of grease. The only thing decent was the biscuit. The table was dirty. And there was only a few tables in the whole place. The lock on the ladies bathroom was also broken. I normally love Popeyes. But not this time.

All the sides are great but when it comes to the chicken I feel they are having issues understanding how to actually cook chicken. One day it is extremely under cooked and the next its extremely under cooked and still slimy. My last visit one of my tenders was folded, when I pulled it apart there were areas where the chicken the batter was still cold and runny. I dont like spending $10.00 for 2 sides... considering the chicken wasnt edible

I love popeyes but this one is the worst ive ate at. Chicken is always over cooked and dry. Ironically on my last visit, i got the chicken tenders, over cooked again, so i had to get extra sauce to get them down, which of course I got charged for. Ironic that I actually had to pay extra to eat the bad food! Smh.....

OK. That was a while ago. Surely they have gotten better. Chance would have it that I was in the neighborhood and had the opportunity to eat here 3 times this past week (Sept 2016). Two out of three orders were screwed up. Do you have special source to hire incompetent people or do you train them this way?

Got there, attempted to order was told they only had one mild white meat wing and one mild white meat thigh... Disappointing.... But that wasnt the worst. Got our food and pulled off... We were just passing through, got about 20 miles away and we realized they never gave us our drinks...

Absolutely phenomenal service. The food is always hot and fresh and NEVER cold. I have eaten at many Popeyes restaurants and some have been a nightmare. But the Westminster MD Popeyes is by far the best I have ever experienced. I eat here atleast once or twice a week. 5/5

Unimaginably slow service. If you use the drive through you will die from starvation before you can get your food. Consistently runs out of spicy chicken at lunch time. isnt Cajun chicken the reason you go there in the first place? Horribly mismanaged.

Good fried chicken plain and simple. Only had one complaint. My wife ordered the shrimp and the batch she was served had not been deveined. The manager handled the problem with a sincere apology and another item to replace the shrimp.

Great food. Nice friendly people. Not sure I would eat here. But I would travel to buy food. The fish and shrimp was amazing but no fries....and I love red beans and rice.. places is clean. My daughter loved the chicken strips....

Best part about the place is the biscuits what the chicken could definitely use some work, and prices are much higher than a normal fast food place, and not to mention their sodas always taste funny or off

Popeyes chicken is one of my family favs. Good service at the inside counter. Only down side is they charge for dipping sauce. 27 cents per cup. Not bad but some should be included with purchase at least.

I have not been to a Popeyes for quite a while. I had the Cajun Fish and black beans and rice. The food was good, but hey, it is fast food. The staff were friendly.
