This Popeyes is a mess! Every time you order something from this particular Popeyes they mess your order up. I have been coming here for the past few years since its the closest to my house. The other night I specifically told them I wanted Red beans and rice and fries for my two side orders. Instead they give me two orders of fries. Then some of the younger employees are very rude. Be carful before you leave the drive thru and make sure you check the bag. They screw up orders all the time. Common sense is to tell the customer that you have ran out of something. Just dont assume. Another thing thst bothers me about this location is the drive thru wait time. They sometimes have you waiting up to 15 mins in line after they said the wait time will be two mins.This place is not right!

I went here on my lunch break and it took them 25 minutes to get me my food. The first time they gave it to me (10 minutes after ordering) the chicken was completely raw in the middle. When I gave it back to a manager I watched him take it to the microwave and try to warm it up. I told him I wasnt eating that death trap and I wanted a refund. Manager then said "Oh sorry Ill make it fresh no worries.". After finally waiting another 15 minutes I got a "fresh" order of chicken and cold, dry, 20 minute old fries from the first order. Never go to this place (especially if you dont have 30 minutes to waste.)

I love the food here but the service continues to go downhill. First their credit card system was down. I had to repeat my order 3 times as the order taker kept speaking over me. I pull up to the drive thru and the cashier accepts my money but doesnt give me my change. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food to come out. He hands me my food and tries to send me on my way without giving me my change ir drinks. And as Im writing this I realized I didnt get a receipt. Makes me wonder if he just pocketed the cash. Worst experience at this establishment ever.

Not a big fan of fast food chains. Had their "shrimp tackle box" with a huge drink and it was good, the coleslaw was fresh and tasty, service was really good. The server actually was patient and cared about me. Not typical of fast food chains. Couldnt tell if this was innate to her or was their style.... regardless it was nice. Coodos to them.

Every time I go here I get a bunch of mild chicken. This Friday I explained to the oder taker and preparer that I always get mild chicken in a calm way though. ""Can you please make sure theres no mild chicken in the box"? Of course, he says. Well I got ALL mild this time. Never going back.
