This KFC absolutely REFUSES to make an Ultimate Cheese Snacker with CHEESE anytime I go! Every other KFC I go to makes the Ultimate Cheese Snacker with two buns, a piece of chicken, and a creamy orange cheese sauce. This KFC puts some sort of spicy salmon colored sauce on there that they insist is their "ultimate cheese" sauce, but in no way tastes or looks like cheese (its not anywhere remotely near the orangey color you see in pictures of this Snacker in ads). This sauce clearly does not contain the ingredients that can be found on KFCs official website, and is clearly not what the Ultimate Cheese Snacker is advertised to have on it. I complain because this is my favorite cheap snack (being 99 cents) from KFC and I happen to work some days nearby this particular KFC. Even when I explain to them that what they put on there is not what any other KFCs use, they refuse to make it the way I want to eat it (even Burger King will let you "Have it Your Way"). Thankfully, the KFCs in Sterling and around Fairfax County make them with cheese (or at least a sauce that looks and tastes reasonably like cheese). Aside from them refusing to make the Ultimate Cheese Snacker correctly, they also frequently mess up my meals. Even more frequently, they actually charge me for more food than I ordered and just toss the extra food in there. I constantly have to tell them Id rather have ONE biscuit instead of two (who needs two?), regardless of the fact that the second one is only 20 cents extra, and yet they charge me for two and give me two almost every time. Can they really not find the single biscuit button? If youre near the Ashburn KFC and want to eat at a half-way decent KFC.. just drive a couple miles down 28 in either direction and go to one of the Sterling locations. If youre near the Ashburn KFC and just want food, I recommend Pot Bellys, Quiznos, Pomodoro, or food from a nearby gas station over the Ashburn KFC.

Let me start out by saying I am pregnant and will eat just about anything. And Im not one to complain, but my whole experience at this KFC was terrible. Only the fries were good enough to finish. The chicken was small and full of fat. Every bite I took was squishy from fat. My preparation choice was original. The skin had the consistency of rubber. The mac n cheese was so bland. I also got the mashed potato bowl, I only took 3 bites of it and tossed it. The only time I throw away food now days is if I am too full to eat it and it doesnt save and re-heat well. I tossed almost all of it. The service was also terrible. It wasnt busy, but the drive through man was rushing me through before I had even finished my order. I had to order a pepsi as an extra because a KFC combo does not come with a drink. But when I got to the window to get my food the man didnt give me the pepsi I had specifically ordered. He said "A drink does not come with the meal, but dont worry, I got you." and filled me up a medium cup with 70% ice and lightly flavored carbonated water basically. What happened? Does KFC have no pride anymore? I remember when my family would buy the huge family meals and everyone was happy, full, and fully satisfied. I would not feed this to my family now. I regret spending money there today.

Always kfc is my favorite food...but yesterday i took 4 pieces chichen and four hot wings. ..guy took order was absolutely a** **** ..no manners. .secondly i got food worst ever food had from kfc in my whole life.. chicken is too much deep fried till black half bottle of oil in each piece. . even they are not fresh seems like.. and hot wings its joke ..sorry they made it a joke piece. Still i got the pictures would like to complaint to food department. .even i told same thing with drive through guy same things..money is secondary it dangerous for health..i do not recommend any one to go this place...100% true..please dont spoil ur health..finally this word for the owner ...F**** ***

Well, I stop coming to this place from last two years, since got stuck on drive-thru for 20 minutes. But, this Tuesday it was amazing, the service was fast, people were amazing, the food taste great at 11 in the night and manager was making sure that all the orders were correctly packed. I have to say, this location is getting better than many other KFC locations around.

Last 3 visits I had to wait for an extended period of time for my order to be prepared (they were out of chicken tenders). Also, for the last 2+ months, their cash register printers dont work so they cannot provide receipts. Finally, during my visit yesterday, they forgot my sides, which I didnt notice until I got home with my order.

We have been going here once a week for several months. There was a very nice gentleman that worked the counter and he always made sure our order was correct. About a month ago they got a whole new crew and they have yet too get our order correct. The KFC in Sterling is out of the way but it probably will be worth it

Food is plain awkward. The food is as good as the hospitality of the staff. I asked for my food and the crew looked like they were doing me favor. Do yourself a favor and head over to Popeyes instead. Avoid it at all costs. Its should be renamed TFC, ......Taco Fried Chicken

Finally gave in and took my son here today. Every time i have visited KFC i have been disappointed. They always mess up my order, forget items and the service is generally slow. The inside is dirty and looks as if it is never cleaned. Terrible.

This location closes at midnight, but as of 23:30 they had run out of chicken, what made it worse is the rude manner in which they communicate, to the point they poked fun for being upset. And they dont even speak good English.

DONT GO HERE! The restaurant is always dirty inside, the service is SLOW, and the food is only adequate compared to the Taco Bell near Broadlands. Ive been here 3 times over the course of 2 years, and it was the same every time.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Poor order taking. Wrong and missing items in bag (drive thru). Potato wedges (fries) was missing in comb order. Ordered double down sandwich got regular sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous and rude service.

Unbelievable, after an argument with my wife in relation with a drive thru order one of the crew members "Lopez" used profane language towards my wife in front of my kinds, avoid this poorly run and despicable place!!

Avoid this KFC at all costs. I just got back from there with my incorrect order. Hey, what part of "boneless" do you not understand!?!?!?! I will NOT be back, and I recommend you dont either!

All 4 times I visited this franchise, the food has been sub-par and the service is ridiculously slow. Been in the drive through for 20 minutes this time. Last visit till they make a change.
