They are new so they need time to get things together. The food is great, but the staff seem to crawl over each other trying to do every job on the line. I have been there four times so far and there has been an issue every time. From having to repeat myself four to five times, burrito not being wrapped correctly and finally my burrito given to someone else. Im routing for you. Lets get it together Chipotle!

I recently visited the Mechanicsburg store and was so impressed by the energetic and enthusiastic attitude of the entire crew. It is easy to see why they love working there when you meed Levi, the store manager. He exudes pride for his employees and shows joy in serving the public, which is not always easy to do! This just became my favorite place to stop for lunch!

Manager on phone while prepping food, and wearing gloves that were not changed. Burrito wrapping was terrible- cant even eat burrito like a burrito and was not overstuffed. Younger girl on line talked with her boyfriend who was not purchasing items at the time, igoring me a paying customer. Did not have chips & guacamole at 8:15pm. Poor customer service skills.

i love Chipotle, but this particular restaurant has messed up our online orders twice now (like, omitting things weve paid extra for), and really skimped out on ingredients. pre-november 2016 they were fantastic, not sure what happened. at least customer service fixed the issues right away - going to a different store from now on.

This store is the only Chipotle I feel comfortable going to. The employees there are cool and always fresh. The only problems I have going there is waiting behind a line held up by hungry sports teams. Its all good though once I cop that burrito bowl I could give a squat hoot about all them trouts.

Went at 4:45 PM on a Monday. They did not have mild salsa ready and asked me to order another kind. Also, guacamole was not ready. Didnt have time to wait, so left without. If you are a burrito chain and you cant have salsa and guacamole ready near dinner time, you are struggling a bit.
