I do not advise people to order from this (Hopewell) location. I ordered my food at 11:35pm (Saturday night, the location does not close until 1am) via mobile. An half-hour later I received a missed call asking if I had cancelled my order and that my order has been cancelled. I immediately called the store to inquire why my order had been canceled. The lady on the phone did not provide me with an excuse of why they decided not to deliver my food and asked if I wanted to pick it up. I could not since I am immobile but I wanted a reason of why I was not going to be able to eat tonight. She transfers me to the supervisor but states beforehand "please do not yell at them. They dont like it when I send people to them and they get yelled at". I had not given her any reason to say that other than the shock of my tone. So ROBERT gets on the phone and I ask him why my order has been cancelled. Again, no reason nor any apology at all. I am on the phone with him no more that 45 seconds at this point when he tells me that my order has been cancelled and that he does not have any time to play with me. This is when I get an attitude because I have never, ever been treated like this by a restaurant. I can kinda understand if I were a regular, rude customer but I have never ordered at this location until tonight. Whoever Robert is, take it from me who has been a manager of a national pizza chain as well as been in the customer service field for over 10 years: You have absolutely no customer skills nor conflict resolution skills. If you immediately get defensive when a customer just simply wants a reason why he is not going to be able to eat tonight, then you need to change careers. I work in a hotel in this town and I will advise every single one of my guests to not eat at this location from this point on.

Ok I have ordered from this pizza hut multiple times, so when they mess up my order leave here and there. But they are closest pizza hut in the area so I still deal with them. But most of the time they get it wrong. Tonight everything takes the top of the cake. I ordereda pizza online the two for 5.00 deal. When I get a call from pizza hut informing me that they dont have one of the items I ordered. Okay thats cool. So I choose something else the price changes, "hold up" the price should not change I did the deal remember. So explain y it changed. The explanation didnt make sense. So she placed me on and I checked the price on my end and it was the same as before. Guess what happened next the call dropped on there end she never came back to the phone and never called back. So I called back and got the call center. The one rep that I talk to kept placing me on hold and didnt let me explain the full situation. However in the end she was helpful. At the sometime the delivery person shows up my order wasnt right. Surprised?! Nope I wasnt. Instead of both items they sent me one and charged me 13.00 the one medium pizza? Say what that is no deal. I can get 2 large pizza for 20.00 so y in the world would I pay for one pizza at 13.00 and change when my order was already 16.34. Come on pizza hit I didnt agree to that change of order but u took it upon urself to change my order instead of calling me back bc ur busy. Well I have news for u there is plenty of times I stopped by to place my order and you guess completed your conversation on the phone before I was address.

Walked in at 703 Sitting at the hopewell pizza hunt and walked in saw 5 tables dirty waited for 5 minutes to be seated and a guy told us he cleaned the table of by picking up the stuff never wipping it down and sat us brought us our napkins with pink stuff on them. The people behind us told the waiter that they dint have money for the bread sticks and he told they not to worry about it gave they the bread sticks and then he give them free drinks as well. A laidy was sittin at the front desk to be seated and just left after 10 mins of not being seated. Cant beleave this. There is now 5 tables drity again and noone to clean them it is now 7 35. The seat Im siting in is ripped. Tables r still drity and its now 749 t ladys sat got drinks and then left without paying the guy spilled pop all over a table and has yet to clean it up and its been 15 mins and there has only been us and one other table here and now they r cleaning off 2 tables and its now 753

Ordered on 11/13/11 Time stated to pick up at 5:04 PM was not ready until 5:10 PM. Thats OK to me I dont expect complete precision. However my issues stemmed from customer service. I was ignored for the better part of 5 minutes with 3 people standing at the counter. One person was frantically answering phone calls the rest were messing around and laughing completely ignoring me and two other people waiting. Once the person answering the phone was able to see me she immediately passed me off to one of the playing girls. This only tells me that they are responsible for dealing with customers and just didnt care. I can only rate this Pizza Huts customer service as lackluster. As far the Pizza goes it was great however.

Well, I order from this one (Hopewell location) as the nearest one is a good 20 minutes away. EVERY time I order, theres some sort of issue. Its really not hard to mess up simple tasks that a 9 year old can do. The pizza is always undercooked and not sliced correctly. So when I hear my girlfriend is ordering pizza, I pre-heat the oven and find the pizza cutter. Ordered 3 marinara sauces and was charged and were not put in the box as the lady told my girlfriend they were in there. Im sorry we trusted someone who cant perform a simple task. I will be ordering from another Pizza Hut as this one is a joke and run by incompetent people.

This place is filty! First of all I only go there for the book it program my daughter school has. Once a months she gets a free pizza from them if she reads. While waiting for the pizza I seen the "buffet" area and the food looked old and cold. The carpet on the floor looked disgusting. Just been inside made me feel dirty and I dont have a germ phobia. The second time I realized theres a Carry out pick up window which I thought it was cool as not many places have this. Omg! I waited there for 35 minutes because there was a car in front of me waiting for their order. All of this to get one free pizza!

Never had an issue with the food but if your ordering delivery be prepared to wait. Ive ordered from here 5-6 times and they never deliver by the time stated... On 3 of those times they were more than 30 minutes late and one of those occasions was with a 1.5 hour wait time so it was over 2 hours for delivery! Twice I called and they were supposed to discount the order with a credit back to the card... Didnt receive the credit either time. Bottom line is be prepared to wait for your food and forget about the time the app states for delivery.
