As a transplanted Northerner, I have to say this is the best pizza I have found since I left New Jersey, 10 years ago. Choice Pizza has been renamed Bella Pizza and it is outstanding. The new management is super friendly and produce mouthwatering dinners! The restaurant totally rocks the "walk in and grab a slice" vibe that is found in all the good pizza shops up North. I also recommend giving their pasta dishes a try too. If you are expecting fancy italian then this is not your place, but if you want awesome New York Style Pizza, come and get it. The one and only thing that I think they could work on is hiring delivery guys with a little more common sense, (or less smart - doing half the work and still getting a great tip!) the same guy has been out to my house 5 times in the past couple of months and he gets lost and needs me too meet him at the beginning of the neighborhood. (Even though I point out which place is mine and show him the house number) That part gets a little old, but its worth it!

The pizza was ok. HOWEVER, the customer service was HORRIBLE. I pre-ordered 3 large pizzas for my daughters birthday party, with a time for delivery (5 days in advance). My card was charged the DAY of ordering, but the pizza was an HOUR late arriving. Considering we had her party at the Little Gym, we had a specific amount of time there, 45 minutes to play, 45 minutes to eat/have cake. When I called thinking the pizza was 10 mins late, at first, they couldnt find my order. Then I was told, "Oh, ok. It will take 20-30 minutes." REALLY??? WHY??? By the time it FINALLY arrived, it was time to clean up from the party. Thankfully, I had fruits & veggies for the kids, before cupcakes. And when I requested a refund, I was told they couldnt, since my card was charged on a different day. Completely unsatisfactory!! The driver was kind enough to give me a cash refund. DO NOT ORDER from Bella Pizza if you need it for a party!!!

The site states that their 12" cold subs come with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, mayo, oil & vinegar and cheese. Well when my bf and I went to eat our sandwiches the onions, mayo, oil & vinegar were missing. This has happened before. But I let it slide. I called the restaurant and the woman I spoke to said that whoever made our sandwiches put everything on it. I told her no he did not. And she kept insisting that he did. She finally put me on hold and a man got on the line. I told him what happened and he said he could make us new sandwiches. But I had ordered through Grub Hub and am not driving over there for a mistske on your part. He said next time we order, the sandwiches will be free. I hope they hold up that promise.

When they say New York pizza they really mean good pizza. Being from NY that is usually not true here in VA Beach but that is not the case a Bella Famous New York. I normally dont add reviews for pizza restaurants but this one it worth it. I found their pizza to be of high quality fresh ingredients at very reasonable prices. One of the biggest things I appreciated is the kind, smiling staff. They work in that hot kitchen but still greeted me with a friendly smile. I highly recommend you give Bella a try. You deserve it, they deserve it. Thanks Bella for filling my heart and my tummy with goodness.

Sometimes the pizza is great and has a good amount of toppings on it, other times delivery takes over an hour, the pizza is already cold when it gets to you and the toppings are used EXTREMELY sparingly...I mean really, paying 1.50 per topping extra you would expect a good amount on your pizza but usually there are only 5-6 small pieces of the topping on a WHOLE Large or Extra large pizza! :( It really sucks that the quality is so inconsistent because at times its a pretty good pizza place but the other times its just a huge letdown and a waste of money!

This place is consistently great. Order take out or dine in. Have daily specials. their ingredients are far better then any other place. We drive 4 miles from home to get their pizza and subs, and there is 4 other pizza shops within a mile from my house I pass up to come here. Sometimes my wife and I will just order and dine there instead of takeout. People/staff are always friendly. I love the ice cold water from the soda machine too ;). (Note: Bella for life, keep doing what you doing and guess what the hatters ganna do lol)

i ordered a gyro and i asked and paid for double meat....anywhere you go....chipolte...subway....wawa etc when you ask for double meat you get a DOUBLE portion of the meat....when picked up my gyro and opened it? it was just the normal amount of meat...so i go back and i said....i asked for double meat? the cooks acted like itt was a big deal to add what i paid for ...well they only added a small piece....i was like wow...your annoyed because i paid for double meat and didnt get it....

Had chx-parm sand combo. Bread great, cheese great, sauce ok(not my preference) now for the chicken...wtf?! Burnt and dry...Im not a complainer so,I didnt say anything. From my past restaurant experience (25yrs) Id say because the oil needed to be changed a long time ago. Id give them one more try. Maybe it was bad timing, on Easter Sunday. The girl working the counter was helpful and friendly to me and all the others she helped while I was there.

After our boss had it delivered for lunch one day, I decided to order a 20 inch pie for myself. Order was quickly delivered. my kiddo loved it. for me not as good as the pizza in Manhattan but definitely the closest around here. i love Bella, about everything is just spot on. high quality ingredient (i ve been in restaurant business for years and i KNOW), they have fast service and very reasonable prices. lovely girls working at the counter always smiling. the only thing in my opinion this place needs is an upgrade, and better outside sitting area, another thing missing is a beer and wine selection ;-)

I placed an order through grub Hub. Their website states mushrooms, lettuce, onions, green peppers. I stated per your website this is what the mushroom cheese steak was. The response I received was my fault, their hands were tied and I should have called it in because there website is wrong. Yeah, NEVER again. Customer services there is very rude. Refused to offer any help.

I absolutely love this pizza! In fact all of their food is really really good and theyre not badly priced. We have been loyal Bella pizza customers for about three years now. I order probably once a week if that and the order is always right and never have to call the delivery is a great time also and every drivers really nice never a bad experience

Nice enough folks but I gotta say Im a pizza hound and seek out the good spots. This is not one of them, the dough is cardboard with no flavor. Very little sauce and what sauce is there is very lacking in flavor. I can say the cheese Is real (which is more than can be said for some joints around here) but overall its a bust for me.
