My husband and I go to this Cold Stone once every 1-2 months. We are usually JUST satisfied. BUTTTT, recently we stopped in after a tough day of tending to our sick puppy and an employee named Savannah made us two of the most delicious treats weve had from this particular location! We were beyond satisfied!! She was preparing to close up shop around 9:30 but she served us with a smile! We enjoyed our shake and ice cream so much that we called back just to tell her she made our night! Go Savannah!!

The incompetent employees of this establishment presented themselves excessively rudely and unprofessionally when they shut the door in our faces. To our inquiry about the discrepancies between the close time online and on location, the manager told us to "read the sign on the door". We were left on the very busy side of emmet road without an uber or ice cream and with a very bad feeling towards cold stone. If it was possible to give less than one star, I would.

Love the Ice Cream, and normally great service. Hey big shot co-owner; you cant park in no parking zones, and just because you show up doesnt mean you can get served before those that show up before you. Talk about arrogant. Get over yourself, and have your paying customers taken care of first. That pissed me off.
