Absolutely fantastic food. I went with two friends for lunch and we each got a savory pie. The chicken&bacon and the meatball marinara are packed full of amazing flavor. The spring greens (asparagus, broccoli, and swiss chard) was a little more subdued but still delicious. The crust tasted fantastic as well. Theyre not that expensive either; they were $6.50 when we went (check their Facebook for current menu and prices). Ive paid double that for food that wasnt half as good as what I had here. For desert we tried four slices. The peanut butter pie was a bit too strong for my taste. The apple pie was good, but I didnt feel it was anything special. The last two were definite hits, though. The strawberry rhubarb was everything youd want it to be - sweet and a little tart, but not too much. The citrus pie was something special as well; almost impossibly creamy with a somewhat subtle rather than overpowering citrus flavor. The location itself is rather small. Four tables inside with another two outside. All the pies are ready for takeaway, hot or cold, so theres no waiting. The owner and staff were very friendly as well. We all resolved to go back next time were in town - if not to eat there, then certainly to bring something back to eat for dinner!

The scent of nutmeg and spice welcomes you at the door. Initially I browsed longingly because no way do they do gluten-free here until I saw the sign! "Gluten-free Vegetable Pie." Ok, sure. Then I found it had my favorite veggies (broccoli, asparagus, and something else), not red peppers and yadda yadda. Then! It was super delicious and just what I wanted. Definite recommend! P.S.:..the things they do to coffee!

I LOVE their chocolate chip cookies, they are the best in town. I stop by most afternoons. BUT they frequently run out. When this happens, I leave with a deep sadness then I need to walk all the way to Paradox, and then Mudhouse. Also, after reading this review, please do not run out to get yourself a cookie here because that reduces my chance of getting one before they run out! MMMMMM.

The pies are incredible. For special occasions well order a pie or two for a group and everyone raves about them. My favorites are the chocolate cream and the peanut butter (better yet, both eaten together). Theyre made from scratch so not cheap, but thats probably better for my health.

The atmosphere is exceptionally clean and inviting. The team is patient as I ponder my options and choose the perfect pie (all to date have been fantastic!!) for my taste at the time. The coffee is just right cup after cup. Well worth the walk or parking fee!!

Love everything about this place... amazing menu, they even have vegan and gluten free options. Everything is made flawlessly, service is good and the place is spotlessly clean. I only wish I had a bigger stomach so I could try one of every pie!

Super pie. Savoury as well as sweet. Also superb coffee. My wife and I have enjoyed a few low-key dates here. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk too. Perfect venue for Sunday brunch!!

Both sweet and savory pies. Get a slice with coffee and ice cream or buy whole pies to take home. A reasonably large selection at any time. Not too sweet like many "bakery" pies. The REAL deal!
