they change their story every time i order here. i love in middletown 4.8 miles away. for the whole year ive lived here i probably have ordered twice a month, every month, at least. my order is usually about $13 and ive never had a problem getting delivery. first we realized they charged us a fuel charge of $2 on top of us tipping the driver. i just called today to order what i usually get and all of a sudden its $20 minimum for delivery. i told the man on the phone i that i order almost every week and that ON THE MENU which thy bring a new one every time i order it says "$10 minimum" the man says "no you are out of the 5 miles" and i told him no im not i have ordered so many times before and he says well then you have to order more stuff and i told him no im not spending anymore money there. the food is good but not good enough for all of the attitude the people that work here give. and the fact that no one seems to have solid rules about delivery and pick up. if youre not going to eat in the restaurant id recommend going somewhere else. save your money bc they try to get you in so many ways.

I am extremely disappointed with Anna and Ginger Asian. My fiancee and I have been very loyal clients at some of her other restaurants and have been patrons at Ginger Asian on occasion. I ordered some food for delivery and their staff told me it would take roughly 45 minutes to deliver fried rice and egg drop soup. I said that would be acceptable and patiently waited. Roughly 75 minutes later I first called to find out where the order was. I was told it had been out for delivery for over 20 minutes. I continued to wait and finally after 90 minutes called to cancel the order. 5 minutes later Anna showed up with the food and an excuse as to why it took so long. Ultimately I am most disappointed by the lack of communication and the misleading information I was given after I had waited 75 minutes. I took the food and paid for it when she arrived even after I had called to cancel.

Very clean and nice decor, staff and very friendly. Since moving here I have been looking for a chinese place that can do Kung pao correctly, and unfortunately this is not the place. I am not sure if Chinese restaurants know what kung pao should taste like. The other dishes are ok, but nothing to rave about. All in all it is an ok place for chinese expect the bill to be well over $20 for two people.

Lomein noodles were thin spaghetti with soy sauce and boiled slimey chicken pieces. My husband ordered kung pao and it was a mountain of green pepper, celery and peanuts. I would save your money and get a frozen pizza rather than eat here. Wont be coming back.

Their food is great and really tasty. If you place big order (over 20) they usually give you free drinks or extra spring rolls. Their delivery servic is also very prompt and they are always friendly, only chinese restaurant I eat from in this area.

The staff is very nice, the gentleman that waited on us explained a common misperception regarding a certain item to be sure wed be pleased with what we were ordering, the food here is above average in my opinion for this type of restaurant.

What a difference a few months makes. Used to be good to excellent sushi. This was the worst ever - enough to make me concerned about my health. Tuna was pinkish. Salmon was squishy and appeared to be left over scraps.

I was a little hesitant at first since it looked like a hole in a wall and a typical Chinese takeout. Great customer service and the food is excellent. Sushi was delicious :)

Best chinese delivery ive had in a long time. Spicy Yellow tail was great as was the Shrimp fried rice. Prices were very good. Delivery was fast
