Sichuan cuisine is my favorite cuisine out of the eight ones of China not only because of my childhood but also because of the great taste and imagination. There is a famous description about Sichuan food: “one hundred dishes, one hundred flavors.” Sichuan cuisine is featured by its unique cooking methods, adaption of spices and seasonings including fresh ones, pickled vegetables and dried goods. Now Sichuan dishes are enjoyed across the world. Today I’m going to introduce eight of the best dishes from Sichuan you can usually find in a real Sichuan style restaurant.

Thought since the place was packed that it would be a good Chinese restaurant. Got the chicken curry which was completely tasteless and contained little chicken, was basically all vegetables. I ordered the spring rolls which were minuscule. I found that if you want to fill up in this restaurant you have to buy multiple dishes whether to share or to eat on your own. Extremely disappointed.

Kaishi Axon

Really nice Sichuan food. Prices are a little high, but Sichuan is rare in the USA so I dont mind. I really love the authentic Sichuan string beans, with Mapo Tofu. Make sure you specify the real authentic stuff, because its very different from the americanized versions.

Excellent Sichuan food, the best in the area cant say much about the other offerings in their menu as I havent tried them yet , keep coming back for the Sichuan cuisine. Great place

I am sorry for the rating . My dish was chicken and vegtablesi got the vegtables with alomost no chicken on it . It taste horrible though .
