BUYER BEWARE! HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! SOME OF THESE REVIEWS MAY HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY STAFF! (Posted on google and posting here too. People need to know.) So it was my first time buying from them. Ordering was simple enough, and I bought a ton of food from them! But I soon realized they forgot to include rice in my order. I called and talked to the manager about it and she was very rude and confrontational. I had to argue with her for half and hour before she eventually agreed to send over the rice they forgot. Simple enough right? Wrong! When the delivery man arrived, he asked me if I had rice. I said "no." It was the truth. I didnt have rice, and rice is supposed to be included with entrees according to the menu. The delivery man actually tried to let himself into my home to check to see if I had the rice. WTF? I wasnt going to let this man in. I was scared, and I told him to take his rice and go. Never again. Never again...

I wish I could write a review on the food, but I have never eaten it. I called to order delivery and the man who answered the phone (I could tell he wasnt Chinese which struck me as odd), clearly had no idea what he was doing. The menu states that you get a choice of rice and side (wonton, soup, or egg roll) with your lunch combo, but when I stated what I wanted he didnt even ask what choices I wanted. When I asked if I got a choice he said "What, you dont want fried rice?" Im a vegetarian so I wanted white rice. I also wanted to get a vegetable egg roll instead of pork (on the menu they are the same price), but I was told very rudely I could not substitute. My boyfriend sitting next to me even asked what the problem was. I took my business elsewhere.

If youre going into the restaurant to eat, you should be fine. People who want delivery... ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE! They have messed up my delivery order multiple times and consistently arrived 1.5 hours after the order was placed. Anytime theyve forgotten something, they just try to give me a credit for next time. They forgot an entire dinner in one of our orders, and because it was close to closing time refused to make what we paid for and bring it to us. They instead wanted to give us a credit for next time. There will be no more next times. Ive started ordering from elsewhere.

My boyfriend & I wanted Chinese and when we looked on google, this one was the only one open. Never again. We will be back tmrw first thing to show them what we found in his shrimp fried rice.... I vomited on sight and so did he. There was a baby roach and we took pictures to prove it. It was dead with legs still attached and all. We will be contacting the news and the public health department after we give them their nasty food back and show them how gross and filthy they are.... absolutely disgusting..

Mr Wongs has the best General Tsos in the west end hands down. When we first moved to the area, we tried every place in a 10 mile radius in an attempt to find decent General Tso. Its not the best Ive ever had, but its the best in the area. Great NY style Chinese, combined with good portions and a decent price make it worth the trip. I wish someone wouldve saved me time and money with a review like this, so Im trying to pay it forward for the next Chinese-food addict.

The BEST Chinese food ever! Their Singapore noodles are the BEST Ive ever had! Honestly. Today I ordered egg drop soup with wontons, chicken wings, shrimp lomein and donuts with light sugar...So Delicious and Hot! And best of all: The people who took our order understand English very well. I didnt have to repeat my order 3 times, she got it right the first time. You HAVE to eat here to experience their delicious food and awesome service!

Ok so I literally grew up on Mr Wong on woodman and this one on shrader but after one incident with the female and delivery driver on shrader they never have to worry about me again I rather drive the 10 minutes to TOPS CHINA on brook rd,Im sorry customer service is everything I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life the yelling in another language and awful attitudes has just cost you guys numerous of loyal customers!!!

Prices are reasonable (very!) and the food is above average standard Chinese takeout. Quantities were large, providing leftovers for a couple of days. The only thing I didnt like about it was its location. I wouldnt go there again after dark, but I would definitely call for delivery!

Have used their delivery service for a few years - good food, fast service, reasonable prices. Attempted to use other local vendors; not as good with a slightly higher price. We order once, sometimes twice a month. Our visiting relatives have also enjoyed the food

Terrible. Regularly ordered from the location off Hungary Spring Rd. This place is NOTHING like the old location. Every single item was disgusting. One of the worst Chinese restaurants Ive been to in a long time. Been a long time since Ive had Chinese food this bad.

I finally found my local source for delicious, inexpensive Chinese food, prepared quickly and delivered if I want. Its a little off the beaten path-in a small shopping center surrounded by a residential neighborhood--so Im really glad I found it!

Last minute delivery and was happy with the outcome! Didnt even have a menu and ordered! Alott of food and leftovers.. Really good shrimp fried rice, general tso, crab ragoon, and eggs rolls $18 bucks.. Good stuff!
