The staff were preoccupied with a non-work-related conversation, and did not immediately address me at the counter. The food that I picked up was partially assembled in Styrofoam containers on the counter, but had obviously been there for a while. When I gave the cashier my name, he finished assembling the order, forgetting my side items. Upon prompting, he said that "pot stickers" where no longer carried (which I ordered online) and told me he substituted an egg roll instead. I said that was fine. He then gave me the bag with no condiments, napkins, fortune cookies, etc., forgot my drinks, and (worst of all) my food was cold (room temperature), grey, unappetizing. There was a generous portion of rice, but there were 3 (three) broccoli florets in the small container for my beef and broccoli along with 3 pieces of meat. Less than 2 oz. on my home kitchen scale. My kun-pao chicken was flavorless, with no spice. Ive been a long time customer of Panda Express (in locations literally from coast to coast), but if this is the direction that the store is heading in, I will not be returning. This was by far my worst fast-food experience as an adult.

Panda Express on Rittenhouse Drive always has excellent service, and consistently produces great, fast Chinese food. Their employees are always very friendly and personable. The young man that works the window is always smiling and talks with me every time I get my food and I always have a pleasant experience....With all of this being said, I am mildly perturbed with the fact that it is one of the hottest days of the year and the same pleasant young man was covered in sweat and red in the face. I asked if he was OK and he said that the AC has been out for the past four days.....In no way shape or form is it okay for Panda Express to expect their employees to be working in a kitchen/restaurant environment in this heat! I am very disappointed in the management for allowing this to happen. Good employees deserve suitable working conditions! FYI This has been the hottest week on record this year and has been over 100 degrees! What the heck guys?!

The food was good and the woman that waited on us was Great!!!! We wanted something that they were out of, she called to the back and they told her that they were out of stock and the kitchen was closed anyway. We ordered something else and the food was excellent. We back up to the counter for a container before we left and we look over and it turns out they werent out, they had a whole fresh bowl of what we wanted. They mustve not wanted to cook anything else, but after we ordered they had a big rush. Theyve lost out business and we go out a lot!!!

The food Quality is great and its always fresh. The staff is friendly. It dont think of it as fast food because they cook the food as one would at home using daily prepared vegetables, zero use of microwaves. If you have to wait for them to finish cooking food they offer a small size drink while you wait, for your inconvenience. I ate at the Panda Express on West Waters Ave in Tampa about 3 weeks ago and the food wasnt even half as good as here. Was excited to have food from this place again!

This is a great location for this company. They are always on point with their food and service. I have been there many times and they are prompt and polite. I observed a family who left a massive mess on the floor. There was food everywhere and one of their employees (who I see in there every time I go in there) went over and cleaned the table and swept up the mess with no hesitation and no outward complaining.

The manager that was there named June was the most rudest person ever. After my son went back he stated she was no longer there I went back. Still the male manager was as rude and the food was horrible! Can not ever see my family ever going back its just crazy to pay money to be treated rude n get old food that has sit to long. Horrible food and the service was off the chart horrible.

Theyre absolutely wonderful! This is the first time Ive been to this Panda Express and I ordered online, my order wasnt quite ready, so they let me go through the drive through and gave me a complimentary drink and also brought it to my car which is greatly appreciated because I had my fairly fussy 10 month old with me. Thank you so much!!

I am normally pleased with the offerings of this franchise. A relative picked up food for the family recently and my order of Samurai Surf and Turf contained one piece of beef and no shrimp. I realize the ladle is dipped into a large pot and the dish may be running low, but there is no excuse. I will not be returning in the near future.

Without a doubt, Panda Express is my absolute favorite Chinese/American cuisine restaurant. They always have an awesome selection of great Chinese/American foods that never disappoint. This is my favorite location, with a great outdoor dining atmosphere. Its awesome go here on a sunny day and just enjoy the weather.

Frequently find rock hard chunks of rice in my bowl. Cartilage in the chicken. Ive never had a problem at any other location, just this one in particular. Maybe the worst thing is how the employees hound you to donate money. Ive had the same guy ask me for money 4 times in a single transaction.

Walked in on a Wednesday afternoon only for customers in the store and Im still standing there waiting for 20 minutes before someone asked me could they help me the service at all of these places is terrible the food is actually decent

I took my pet Giant Panda here and was very disappointed, I was expecting a panda playpen and possible bamboo stalks and saw nothing of the sort. But the human food was magnificante, highly recommended.
