Went last night to have a night out with friends for my birthday the entire night was ruined by our server she has curly reddish hair she clearly didnt want to serve us , when we came in and sat on the patio we had to flag her down from sitting at the table behind us with her friends then she finally stands over by the heater inside to take our order which was very awkward, so we proceed to wait about 15-20 mins for water, because the bartender had to change a keg even though there were two bartenders and none of us ordered beer but being as myself as well as my friends have been servers for years I wasnt worried about the wait , then she finally comes with our cocktails wrong I ordered my second one as soon as she dropped my first one so I wouldnt have to wait and my second one tasted completely different she told me two different bartenders made it which didnt matter to me a vodka pineapple should usually always taste about the same so I kindly asked her to remove from my tab because I wasnt going to drink it Andi would like to close out as she walks away and screaming shes busy. Finally while we leave were looking for another restaurant to have drinks the server goes back outside and sits with her friends again pointing at us and laughing not sure what she said to them but it ruined my birthday and Ill be sure to never come back as well as my friends and anyone else I may know ( I truly think its because we were a large party of black people)

Me gusta la comida más la atención de hoy es pesima,ya que entiendo que esta lleno pero no prometan 20 minutos para colocarlo en la mesa donde hay preferencias por grupo de 4 personas o más, creo que uno espero un tiempo prudente pero que no le vean la cara o discriminen ta que también pago no pido regaladoI like the food more attention today is terrible , and I understand that is full but not promise 20 minutes to place at the table where there are preferences for groups of 4 or more , I think you expect a timely but not him see the face or discriminate ta not ask payment also given

I have been twice so far, and am not likely to go back. The first time i went, was to meet a new friend. It was a thursday night, beer was normal price, but a jazz band started playing and it was so incredibly loud that no one that even went to meet new people at a bar could talk to each other. I get music should be somewhat loud, but this was way over the top for a weeknight bar atmosphere. The second time i went was after a movie at Alamo, on a sunday afternoon. It was much more calm, however, the service was slow and random. I ordered a redbull/vodka and i got a tall glass full of redbull. That ended up costing $11.xx... 5 something for the redbull and 4 something for a single shot of vodka. This to me was a deal breaker for the place. I was hoping it would be a great spot to meet new clients and friends at all the time, so far, its nothing like that at all despite looking modern on the inside.

Horrible service. Multiple visits have had consistently terrible service. There are plenty of staff, yet they just chat and watch TV - you wait for 30-45 to see your waiter/waitress each time they leave. And this isnt a break just while you eat, it starts before you even get water... on top of that I have been with friends and those friends who paid in cash NEVER GOT THEIR CHANGE BACK. For a non existent waiter/waitress we were surprise when they took an involuntary $7 tip on a $5 meal ($12 without special) . Just rude. Additionally flagging down staff is almost impossible they seem to have both tunnel vision and be hard of hearing. And to clarify - the restaurant was no where near busy during any of these visits. And tonight we actually sat for 35 minutes without a single waiter/waitress - not even water, we finally got up and left. Never coming back

This place is amazing! Its open seating and you do have to seat yourself. Happy hour is from 4pm- 7 pm Monday Thur Friday and Sunday- Thursday they also have reverse happy hr from 10 pm- close (they close at 2 am) The happy hour menu is great! Martinis are delicious! The best one is the double melon super delicious! On Tuesdays all burgers are $5 except for the spiked bulleit bourbon burger which is $6. The spiked bulleit burger does contain alcohol so you do have to show your ID in order to get the burger. The fried Louie burger is absolutely delicious! I had the pleasure of having Nick as my waiter and he was super nice and professional! Gave good recommendations regarding the menu! I will definitely be back! Great restaurant with great happy hr!

It was our first time at Bar Louie and it was a nice place. Seat yourself at 8:30pm on a Sat night. Service of drinks and food were prompt. Reasonably priced 20oz microbrews, the Blue Louie burger was good but nothing special. Some parts were medium well and some parts were medium (I asked for medium well). The Cubano Flatbread special was a bit salty but very tasty (makes you want to drink more beer or water, which isnt a bad thing sometimes!). A nice place to grab some drinks with friends and decent food with a lot to choose from. We would certainly go back. Sign up on their website (Louiescrew) and you get a free appetizer coupon in your email. Why not?

The food was good and the service was okay until the end when we got our checks. I gave the server a 20 dollar bill for a 15 dollar tab and he never gave me change back and just assumed that I was giving him the rest.I was already gonna give him a good tip but it would of been common courtesy to give the change back and allow the customer decide how much they want to tip. It was just rude and it didnt give me an opportunity to have a say in how much I wanted to tip. Dont know if Ill be back

The service was absolutely horible. The bartender (kieth) Needs to know how to interact with the customers and needs to work on his people skills. He had an attitude problem the whole time we were there. Just because your have having a bad day or whatever is going on doesnt mean you have to take it out on the customers. Paid the tab by cash never got the change back and plus the guy came back for a tip.

I went there on Tuesday night and the place was completely disorganized. The kitchen was backed up, tables were a mess and the hostess had no idea what she was doing. Very poor service and the manager was no where in site. We waited 20 minutes for a table, but we couldnt be seated because of lack of serving staff. We finally left disappointed. They are a mess.

This is perfect if crowds are your thing. Whenever we try to come here, theres generally no-where to sit or stand without touching elbows with another person.. and sometimes even then, still no place to stand. The prices are pretty good. They have some awesome deals and happy hour specials; food is really good for price. Pretty good bang for your buck.
