To be honest i dont know where all these positive reviews are coming from... I went there with 2 friends... We were the only people in the whole place... We sat at two different tables because it was so cluttered in this redneck shack that there was no way we would be comfortable sitting and eating... there was a fat white lady who obviously wanted us out of there... she kept asking us if we were ready to order suggesting that we hurry up... So i said can you give us just a minute? and she says "Why its just breakfast i mean come on." so we ended up leaving they didnt even care about us... They wanted us to leave. The lady was soo rude i cant believe she is in the resturaunt business... It was a while back but still. Dont go in here unless your a redneck peice of white trash who wants to sit and listen to a bunch of other redneck pieces of white trash who cant run a damn business.

Waitress wasnt able to communicate with us because of poor knowledge of English, had no idea what is included in food(allergenic ingredients), brought the dressing for salad 15 min later basically when I almost finished eating and most important thing ddiscounts that they give are ment only for locals, we ordered a lot of beer because it was on discount and in the end we found out its on discount only if you have discount card which we didnt know cus it was written in Lithuanian and waitress didnt explain it.

This bar wont be for everybody, but I liked it. Reminds me of a Midwestern bar from decades past. -Everybody is very friendly(regulars chatted me up as I walked in) -Servings for food and drink are GENEROUS(had to take an Uber home) -Lots of older guys watching sports and feeding the jukebox(daaa bears) -Smoking allowed at the bar -Free bar food(popcorn, nuts)

Just moved to the area....decided to try what looks like a hole in the wall... One of the best dive bars Ive ever visited. Im a smoker, so being able to smoke is amazing. There is a non-smoking section for you trendy hipsters. I asked for suggestions on the menu, got an honest answer....the steak and cheese sub was beyond words. Will be a regular for sure!

Its a smoky little dive bar, but its got awesome food, especially brunch. The bloody marys are fantastic, and they pour them pretty strong. If you want a nice meal, in a nice restaurant, this isnt the place to go. but if youre laid back, like dive bars then this place is perfect!

Cannot comment too much being I have only popped in there for a quick beer, but the place is pretty... um... dumpy. Haze of cigarette smoke and drunk old men dominate The Forest. Prepare accordingly.

Smokey bar with pretty much the smell of a a frat room as soon as you walk inside. Cheddar burger was good, I guess. The service was bad. I was getting up to leave when I was finally acknowledged.

Walked in to a cloud of cigarette smoke as soon as I opened the door. The non-smoking area is essentially a patio with a tarp over it. Didnt even bother sitting down, just turned around and left.

Great dive bar/restaurant and they allow smoking which most places do not of course! I would recommend to anyone who isnt picky at all with smoke and the food is great too!
