The "new and improved" salad bar was pretty nice, everything tasted fresh. It does seem strange that they charge $9.99 for the salad bar, but will only charge an additional $3.99 to a meal, or $1.49 if you decide to forego your side to the entree. I looked at the menu and found a burger that was $8.99 and ordered that with the $1.49 salad bar instead of my fries. I paid $0.50 more than ordering the salad bar alone and got a burger with it... Regardless of the gimmicky pricing, the burger was well seasoned and cooked properly, and the salad bar was great, and the rolls they bring for the table are absolutely amazing. Similarly, their croutons are some of the best anywhere. I usually dont enjoy chain restaurants very much, but this was a rare occasion where I find myself wanting to go back.

Waiter was...maybe a little higher than mediocre. Promised biscuits, never received them. Ruby Relaxer that took more than 10 minutes to get to me after being ordered, the place was practically empty, on top of that I paid for the large and it was watered down. Ordered a cajun sirloin, fries and zucchini $20 meal, meat was well cooked but was totally salty, almost hard to eat. Fries tasted stale and over starchy. My boyfriend had a pasta dinner that didnt mention having marinara sauce in the description, yet it was the parmesan chicken pasta bowl... Alfredo was requested and replaced within a somewhat reasonable amount of time. I spent almost $50 on a dinner that I could have gotten at Outback and enjoyed at practically the same price. Avoid this place unless you want sub-par service.

Let me tell you about a man named Patric. Some heroes are born. Most are made. Others seem to be genetically engineered for service perfection. Are you looking for casual, polite geneality? A mild manner hiding an intensely attentive presence capturing every slight modicum of food service related detail? Please do yourself a favor and get thee to the Ruby Tuesdays on West Broad Street. I will say no more, but accept no less than Patric.

The Service in this restaurant was terrible. It started with the smell of the place and the hostess. She did not look me in the eye when talking to me; therefore, her greetings were not sincere to me! The booth tables were too tight. Our table was dirty with dust all over it. I have eaten at many Ruby Tuesdays, but this was one of the worst. I would not recommend this restaurant to my friend and I will never visit it again.

The hostess was nice but after that it all went downhill. The waitress offered to bring us biscuits but then I guess she forgot. I prefer a burger and asked for medium well and it was cooked medium rare. I likely will not be returning to this location. I havent gone to ruby Tuesdays in years and this experience did not make me want to come back any sooner. BTW there are stains all over the carpets and the food isnt that good.

Could have been better. Our waiter acted as though he really didnt want to serve us at all. I wouldnt recommend it dont waste your money service only got better when he realize we were leaving a tip. We only tipped him due to the fact we understand thats his way of making a living but seriously service could be better my food came separate, timing was off. Horrible.

Stopped by for lunch. Food was standard however service was superb. Lots of tattoos and piercings for a wait staff but hey.. thats rva for you. Great manager, definitely seems to make.an.effort above and beyond your typical franchise joint, homely.

Friendly experience and the salad bar was awesome and environment was cozy! Tiffany kept the salad bar fresh and nice and Justin was a very friendly server and the manager came by and check also such a nice place. Definitely will come back!

I love the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday! Its a fabu place to meet out of town friends because so far I have found the quality to be consistent in several states. Nice glass of wine, fabu salad bar, good steaks. A super cheers place.
