I arrived there at 11:05 in the morning. It was locked, but the worker graciously opened the door. I stepped in and ordered Single Burger along with fries and mandarin slices to go. I paid and waited. Someone said, "Order ready for Linda" but I looked around. Some people were already inside but no one picked it up. I didnt believe it was mine because my name isnt Linda. Anyways, I was suspicious so I went over and the lady who recorded my order apologized for the name swap. Its totally fine! It happens. But the next thing that happened led me to post the two stars. In a hurry, I picked up my order and got into the taxi. 1.) Once I tasted the burger, I recognized something was missing. There was no salt! It was so bland and I couldnt taste the meat. I was so stoked to taste the organic meat but alas. It had no taste and I trashed it without looking at it ever again. The fries were amazing on the other hand and had just the right amount of salt. I peeked in the order bag to eat my mandarin slices but they werent there. It simply wasnt there. Bad burger, and now this?! Wow. I thought - maybe its the morning so the workers must have been groggy and disorganized. I let it slide. I will visit once more in the future but its not my go-to. Despite the continuous problems, its still a healthier choice for burger lovers.

Many low reviews of this place mention a lack of flavor in the hamburger. My hamburger definitely had "flavor" if Hot Dog is a flavor, because my hamburger sure tasted like a hot dog. Uhhhh, really? I love meat, but a hot dog is the last form of meat I would ever want to eat. I hate hot dogs. I was this close to making an extra trip to the Five Guys inside the mall to satisfy my need for an actual hamburger, but actually exercised better judgement. Thanks to the calorie counts listed on the menu, I can now confirm that that the 1540 calories making up my "hamburger" with blue cheese dressing and bacon, french fries, and cookies, were the biggest waste of calories ever. I didnt even care for the cookie. I thought it was a little too sweet. I think I must have lost my sweet tooth, because Im finding a lot of things too sweet nowadays. By process of elimination, my favorite part of the meal were the fries, but thats not saying much. And I was so excited by their Club 7 Card, as you get a stamp for every beef patty purchased, so one regular burger with two patties equals 2 stamps. That means I just need to visit 4 times and I get a free single burger. Its too bad I dont plan on coming back again. In short, Ill order pink slime over Elevation Burger any day.

I post this here because Elevations website has no contact information for their corporate office in Arlington. Makes me wonder if theyre not interested in hearing customer experiences. The Harbor East location feedback from a group of 5 that went there for lunch: - After purchasing a meal to go, there were no properly fitting lids for the cups. When cashier was told, she said they didnt have any lids - and went back to ringing up customers. - There were no napkins placed in the to go bags. - There was no Coke Zero or Cherry Coke. The Iced Tea was stale. Cashier didnt do anything when told. - When asked for ketchup, would not respond and went back to making burgers. - No cards "frequent shopper" cards were available. - Customer: May I have a vanilla milkshake. Cashier: Sure - what flavor? - Fries were cold and tasted like theyd been sitting around. - Minimally staffed and no manager available.

This is one of the better burger joints in the area as far as I am concerned. First, their beef is organic. I know some people think this is not important, but to me the taste is better than say, Five Guys. Like the other burger joints they make your burger the way you want with a long list of toppings. But, if you are gluten-free, they also can do your burger in a lettuce wrap, which, while it is definitely not the same as a bun, allows you to eat there with the rest of the family. The french fries are good and I really love their milkshakes, one of the only places that does milkshakes. Whats a burger and fries without a milkshake?

The burgers and fries are above average I suppose but I thought the service was well below average for an upscale organic, six bucks a burger kind of place. I also didnt like the noise from what I assume was the wall-mounted potato cutter - very loud and annoying. Plus the milkshake machine sounded like some kind of emergency equine dental procedure. Take-out would be okay I guess - in a pinch. But they could certainly take a page out of the service playbook from the likes of Chik & Culvers...

I ordered ahead online 2 burgers, 4 milkshakes, 2 fries and 3 grilled cheese. Went to store picked up brown bag. No milkshakes. Waited 15 min for milkshakes. Walked to car looked in bag. No fries and missing a grilled cheese. Waited another 10 minutes got food. Got home opened grilled cheese. Tomatoes, Mustard and onions on the grilled cheese non of which I ordered. (receipt verified this). Elevation burger has been going down hill ever since they updated their menu. Will not attend again.

Burger and fries was good. The restaurant as a whole though was very dirty. Tables not cleaned. Food on the floor. Walls looked dirty/old etc. I am hoping the dirty customer area was not a reflection of kitchen cause that would be really nasty. Burger wasnt anything special and how dirty the place was means I wont be back.

Burgers are solid. Shakes are better. If you go during work-week lunch-hour, good luck finding a place to sit (especially if weather prevents sitting outdoors). Speaking of outdoor seating, its a touch unnervingly-close to Rte. 29 (great if you like car exhaust; not so great if you like conversing over your meal).

This place is the worst burger place. It sucks, the burgers taste like cardboard. Save your money and goto Rays hell burgers. The best slogan that I heard, which I totally believe to be true, is "Five Guys wannabe with premium prices".

Great service here. The manager on duty today at 4pm Thursday afternoon, was very professional. I had my birthday coupon yet my phone was not working to get a free burger. Yet she was able to fix it. Great customer service!

The burger was dripping with grease, the fries were limp and tasteless, and the meal was expensive (for similar burger chains). The service was friendly, but did not make up for the terrible food.
