Under staffed. The servers struggle to put the plastic lids on the take out plates for 5 minutes while there is a long line of customers waiting for their foods. I have no complaint about the food and its value. They boast their chicken has never been frozen and contains no antibiotics and hormone. I dont mind paying little more.

Everyone at this store is always really nice. They do occasionally run out of chicken towards the end of the night (approx the last 30 minutes) but everything is always fresh including the sides and the seating area is usually pretty clean.

I went here on Sunday evening at 7:30 PM the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were hard-working and had great customer service. They probably deserve more than what they are getting .

Usually good food, but I was disappointed by the NE menu item, the baked crispy chicken. I wound up paying $10 for what was basically shake n bake chicken. Next time Ill stick to the normal menu
