I walked into the Georgetown chipotle on M St. in search of a phone call from a customer because I had recently lost my cell phone. Keep in mind this was one minute before closing time a.k.a. 9:59 PM. Much to my appreciation the customer allowed me to text my friend who was right around the corner. While I was in conversation with this lovely customer, the employee behind the counter asked me if I would like anything to eat and I said yes please I would like a burrito then I remembered I left my wallet in my friends car. I quickly informed the employee behind the counter that I did not have my wallet and she replied thats fine what do you want to eat and then I said does this mean that I can get free chipotle? She said yes and then I proceeded to order a chicken burrito with guacamole at no cost to myself. Now who else got free chipotle without a coupon? Nobody, thats why the Georgetown chipotle is the best one ever!

If the restaurant does not accept the Georgetown University Go Card, THE SIGN SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE DOOR!! Its embarrassing to reach the cashier with your food and have to leave because of miscommunication between the restaurant and its customers. At the very least, specify the system is down BEFORE giving food. Terrible experience.

Well managed and efficient chipotle store. This is the epitome of a chipotle when i think of one. Staff who are able to take jumbled ramblings and turn then into coherent constructs of burrito bowls and salads. This chipotle is my favorite in the area and I know I will be in and out!

The food is good, and its a reliable four person meal...but the service can be somewhat inconsistent. Ive had my table forgotten about or watched really sloppy wine pours on a few occasions. Recently went and the water held the second serving tray directly in front of my face.

FIRST TIME HERE TODAY ORDERED ONLINE FOR PICKUP @ 2PM GOT THERE @ 2:05 AND MY FOOD WAS ICE COLD AS IF IT HAD BEEN SITTING OUT ALL DAY...IM SOOOO NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING NOT TO MENTION I CALL TWICE AND GET HUNG UP ON BECAUSE THEY CANT SPEAK ENGLISH

I mean, its Chipotle. The facilities are clean. Food is good. But the main thing to distinguish it from other Chipotles is the great and friendly staff. Not to say that other Chipotles have bad staff, just these people are extra great.

I was staying in DC for the month and came here almost every day. The food is tasty, as to be expected from a Chipotle, but its the workers here whom I love. They recognized me and were always so, so friendly and helpful. Ill miss it!

Very fast and efficient food! It is always packed, but the lines move quickly. Pro tip: if you get a bowl and ask for extra rice, you can have two meals for the price of one! (Unless you are very hungry-which is me all the time!)
