Terrible service, lots of mistakes. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and patiently sat in their lobby. While I was there the cashier messed up another persons one pizza order right in front of me. How do you mess up one standard pizza? Anyway, I take my pizza home and find out he also messed mine up. Got a nice large pineapple and pineapple pizza. I called the store and they got all confused until a manager came over and the manager told me they would make me another pizza. She told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. Confused as to why one pizza would take 45 minutes I asked and she said 15 minutes to make it, 30 to deliver. I specifically told her I will pick it up because I live within a few blocks and she said ok and set it to pickup. I drove straight over and sat in the lobby patiently for 15 minutes, after 15, and employee asked me what I was waiting for. I gave him my name and told him I was there to pickup a Hawaiian pizza. He couldnt find my name on the screen so he went into the back and I never saw him again. After an additional 30 minutes waiting in the lobby, my boss who happen to be at work called me from clear across town and said I just had a pizza delivered at work, on a Saturday at 7PM. Hmmm... well I walked over and asked if there was a manager and the guy who messed up my order was like "oh yeah we have a couple here." And then didnt get one. A girl directly infront of me who heard me asking for a manager just kept her head low staring at the table, and remembering that the manager who spoke to me on the phone was female indirectly asked her if she was a manager to which she replied yes. She just gave me a weird look and immediately said this is strange because I told them to hold it and then just continued to stare at the computer and ignore me infront of 3 or 4 other customers and I just walked out with a wasted hour of my life and a pineapple dinner. 0/10 would not buy again.

Piss Poor!! No other way to explain the service and confusion of this location! We made an order via the telephone, but when we arrived at the store no such order was placed. We made a new new order at the store, we waited for these jokers to make the food and then they proceed to place it in the warmer! I have to walk up to the counter and ask for our food. The manager takes food out of warmer and hands us the food then proceeds to review the order with us, upon reviewing the order with the manager she tells me youre good to go I thanked them and left assuming they were trying to fix their multiple mess ups. Not 30 minutes later I receive a voice mail from the manager accusing me of leaving the store with out paying for our food! I call them and speak with the manager Abbie who continues to explain how I left the store without paying for the food. I tried explaining the situation multiple times but she only wanted to tell us we needed to pay for the food or they will send an invoice and they will get their money one way or another. Abbie then hang up on us forcing us to call back I continue to explain the problem! Nothing but excuses and "he said she says at this stupid location! To bad Google doesnt allow negative scores!!!

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Terrible customer service. When they make a mistake not only do they not fix it, they actually try and charge you more. I ordered a pizza and for some reason the system glitched on me and ordered it at the wrong location. I found out when I arrived and had to work on something so had to leav. I tried to order the pizza online, which about doubled the cost with the delivery expense plus tip, but I wanted some pizza and this was my only way now. I was told that I could not have my pizza delivered because I needed to buy a more expensive one. I was told that they will not make an exception despite the fact that I wasted 30 minutes of my time driving there and back due to a website error. The manager was only infuriating, he was kind, but completely unwilling to assist me in anyway at all. Its bad when a place wont let you pay them extra because their site made an error unless you spend even more.

Not only did the take out guy look as if he hasnt showered in months, he was beyond rude when I tried to pay with my corporate credit card. He rudely asked for my ID first thing when I walked in, didnt know I had to be a certain age to pick up up pizza, but apparently is so. After, I handed him my credit card afterwords, with of course, not my name on it, but that of my company, and rudely refused to take it. He then rolled his eyes at me, looked at me like I was challenged, and stared at me for what felt like a few hours. I have never had this issue with anyone else or any other pizza hut. I would go Papa Johns down the street. At least they would be a lot more polite about refusing to use your card if they didnt feel comfortable with it (although I dont see why credit card thieves first thought would be to order pizza) and they at least shower. These people do handle your food.

Terrible service. Seriously order from another Pizza Hut if you live in this area and go pick it up. It would be worth it. They messed up our order said we couldnt eat the pizza THEY MADE A MISTAKE ON and had to wait for them to make a new one and deliver it, they treated us like it was our mistake and forgot the soda as well. Not to mention when our second pizza arrived it wasnt what we order either. We will not be ordering from these useless people again. Go to Papa Johns, they have better service.

First time we ordered here the pizza was made with barely any cheese and marinara sauce, we called to complain since it tasted like bread with pineapple. Second time we ordered we asked that they put a "good amount" of cheese and marinara and they said extra cheese was an extra charge.. I told them I did not want extra cheese I wanted a "good amount" well the pizza came in looking like it had extra cheese but no marinara sauce again.

Avoid this location if possible. The quality of the pizzas here is a little disgusting. Also they seem to not care to wash their hands. The person taking my order came and took my order grabbed stuff here and there, and went right back to making the pizzas without washing his hands. ( also his hands look a little dirty and had a small abrasion on his hand and wasnt even wearing a band aid or nothing kind of nasty.

I live 4 mins away.. How does it take over an hour to get a damn cheese pizza with bread sticks to be delivered? Ive had a driver deliver food and treat me terribly because I only had card and didnt give him a CASH tip. When I have paid in cash and given $6+ tip on a $14 dollar order. Theyve stared at me as if to say Im NOT tipping enough. No, NEVER AGAIN.
