Im not generally a huge fan of Olive Garden, but this location has been fantastic. I hadnt thought much about it until last week when we enjoyed dinner at this location, but every single time weve been here (close to a dozen times, maybe) weve had excellent service and the food is always great. I always find myself leaving unusually large tips here because were always so well cared for. Management is really doing a good job here. Also, wait times, even when busy, are reasonable; rarely wait longer than 10 min or so. Olive Garden, in general, is pretty decent. Its a moderately priced, standard sit down type restaurant chain. My favorite thing about the chain is to get a good entree (favorite is the braised beef and tortellini), which includes the standard soup or salad and bottomless bread sticks. More often than not I find myself accidentally filling up on salad and bread sticks, only to take a few bites of my entree. Normally I wouldnt call that a pro, necessarily, but since pasta dishes warm up so well it just means I get a good dinner and an excellent lunch the next day. Love it. Id highly recommend this particular location. Theyre really excelling and what they do.

My boyfriend and I had the worst expierience here!! Their prices have gone up and quality has dropped. We came here for our 1 year anniversary, and it was awful! The server had horrible service and an attitude, I dont remember his name. They took forever to give us breadsticks, which were stale and gross. I remember when the breadsticks were delicious! I ordered the Tour of Italy dish with chicken with nasty tomato sauce on top, lasagna, and fettuccini Alfredo. I took one bite of the chicken and I felt sick. The smell and sight of it, I wanted to throw up. I couldnt eat the rest of the $17 dish. My boyfriend ordered the chicken Alfredo, and said it was disgusting. We even told the waiter as he was boxing our food that the chicken was awful and made me feel sick... He didnt say anything, he didnt apologize, he didnt offer anything he just set it to the side. We are NEVER returning to Olive Garden. Their quality has dropped to the floor.

I used to Love Olive Garden. Their food is still good but prices continue to rise so youre left with either their lunch menu or pay $12 to $16 for something else. The reason Im rating today is because I HATE the table "computers". Since when do you go to a nice" restaurant and have to complete your own payment? I asked my waitress for an appetizer and she reaches over and says I can do it myself on the machine. I dont want to order on the machine, I want her to take my order. I also want her to take my money when Im done. To me, its really sad technology is taking over at the table. There were five of us with individual tickets and we all agreed that its plain Stupid. Whats next? Have a computer tell us where to sit and order at the table and pick it up at a counter? I thought thats what fast food restaurants were for. SAD - SAD - SAD!!!!

Me and my wife came here in 2014 for our anniversary and the service was horrible. The waiter took our orders, then came back 5 minutes later with the bill and asked if we saved room for desert without bringing us any food. I remember the chicken being really rubbery. My wife complained and the manager came out and apologized as we were leaving (both plates of food pretty much untouched and a $70 bill..) For whatever reason, we gave the place a second chance a few days ago for this anniversary. I have to say: WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The staff was awesome, food was great, I was completely amazed. Im glad we gave this place another chance. I dont know if its new management or what, but the whole morale and vibe of the place is a million times better and the food was perfect. Will definitely be back soon.

Yesterday I went in with my husband and my son for dinner. Service was a little slow because the server was busy, but being in the industry I understood and was patient. I ordered a steak Alfredo with a balsalmic drizzle. When I finally got my food it was DRENCHED in balsalmic vinegar and tasted absolutely awful. I told my server I was not enjoying how much balsalmic was in the pasta and he replied "maybe next time you can get it on the side" . unfortunately I only took one bite and left the rest dissapointed that I just spent 17$ for one bite. I was going to ask for a manager but he never came back over to our table. I am really dissapointed as being a server and manager I would have done anything to satisfy the customer. I will not be returning to this location.

Delicious food, fun staff. Both our meals came out wrong. However, manager Erick Nikols was out promptly letting us know of there problem and offered us additional food while we waited. Erick was very friendly and saw a childs toy with us at the table and asked to see it and showed us something Id forgotten about that it could do. Very entertaining. Soon our ordered food was brought out to us by manager Zach who was also very polite about the problem. We ended up leaving stuffed with joy and plenty to take home. It was our anniversary and even with the error, we had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

We just attempted to have a wonderful anniversary dinner at this location. After going in, just the two of us. We had three groups of over five come in after us that were seated first. After rude service from hosting staff, we were seated. We sat there for almost 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from any wait staff, no drinks, no anything. After returning to the front to let the staff know we were leaving. They all acted as if we were in the wrong. BTW, they were not very busy. There were many empty tables, plenty of staff and HORRIBLE service!!! We will NEVER return to this location ever again

Been to a lot of restaurants all over America in 20+ years of military travels. Unfortunately, a group of foreign language speaking people (Pacific Island region) were extremely rude. Speaking very loud, causing a very unpleasant atmosphere to all who dined. Manager refused to do anything about it saying we were all allowed to have a good time (misinterpreting the complaint as racists when it didnt matter what race they were - it was just loud, rude, and offensive caterwauling). Wont be back - ever.

Food here is great. My favorite is the unlimited soup and breadsticks, which is also pretty reasonably prices. Food is always consistently good at Olive Garden. Theyre really busy, and the servers are very fast. But, theyre pretty friendly, and its pretty good service. This Olive Garden is really big, and parking is pretty easy, once you get to the place. Valley Fair mall doesnt have any entrances that are very close, so you have to enter the mall far away down 2700 S, to get to this Olive Garden.

I truly love this location! My husband and I go a few times each month. I wish I could remember the blonde waitress who remembers us everytime we come in. You, whoever you are, are the best waitress I have ever had. We have never had a negative experience no matter who waits on us. The food is always delicious. The only complaint I have, is that I wish they brought back their roasted asparagus appetizer or side. I got it everytime I went, and am so bummed they took it off the menu!
