I ate here for the first time today. I will break down my experience. First the service is not bad. The people working were about average for fast food. The inside of the place was nice and clean. It is decorated about like the average fast food fare today. These reasons saved it from having a one star rating. The one star comes from the food. I ordered the foot long cheddar bbq brisket sandwich. I hate to say it, but I was not impressed in the slightest. The food honestly had almost no taste at all. Not bad, not good. Just so bland it was almost truly tasteless. I also got a pickle slice, which instead of being cool and crisp was hot and soggy. There was almost no sauce at all on the sandwich. I found the bread and meat to be flavorless. I could slightly taste the cheese. But for just under $11 for the sandwich only, no drink, no chips, nada, I feel it was a complete waste of money. I should have went to Mo Betta Steaks right across the street and got some awesome tasting food for the same or less. Subway sandwiches are better (and that is not saying much at all). I miss Quiznos! I likely wont ever be back..

The number 10 (smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket) is one of the tastiest things youll ever eat. Amazingly tasty. Make sure to try the captain sorensons hot datil pepper sauce. Its good on just about anything despite not actually being "hot." The negatives are as follows: 1. Its usually about a 6-10 minute wait at least. More so if its busy. Its worth the wait but you cant just run in and out of firehouse 2. It has one of those super complex soda fountain machines where you have to make at least 3 or 4 decisions via touch screen to get your drink. The selection is good but it creates long lines of indecisive people in front of the soda machine making it very hard to get a refill sometimes.

45 minute wait for a cold vegetarian sandwich with bits of meat all over it. I asked after 30 minutes if our order had been misplaced or something, and they assured me it hadnt been. When I finally gave up on ever getting food and asked for my money back, they finally took a second to give me the order that was sitting behind them getting cold. When I found meat on my vegetarian sandwich, I had to throw it away. There are roughly a dozen sandwich places nearby where you can get much better service, lower prices, and more consistent quality.

Firehouse subs can make a darn good sandwich. I love the BBQ cheddar brisket, I got hooked on it the first time I had one. The only problem is that recently they have started skimping on the BBQ sauce. What has caused me to only give 3 stars is the fact that I have ordered extra BBQ sauce the last 3 times and they still skimped on the sauce. Its just to dry with only a dab of sauce but no matter how many times I ask for more they will not get it right.

Are you guys kidding, no meat on a steak sandwhich?? Just ordered via grub hub. So disappointed in this firehouse location. My steak sub literally has cheese and peppers.. there was no attempt at even putting a small amount of steak on my sub. Used to love firehouse on fort union.. never eating at this location... horrible.. no meat on a steak sub, honestly.... You guys dont even deserve a 1 star..

No idea why making a Create-Your-Own, with every option, means to slap extra ingredients on my sandwich that I wasnt asked if I wanted. Why even bother picking my options if youre just gonna slap cheese on there when I didnt ask and you didnt offer or display it?

A great place for cheesesteak. I am from the east coast and you can get steak sub sandwiches anywhere and you tell I have not been to many places but this place is an awesome place for Steak Subs and they are very friendly and clean at this location

As usual, with Firehouse, the sandwich was fantastic...the service though was quite slow. Not sure if it is a new shop, but the employees seemed a bit lost and the wait was long for the number of customers.
