I have never once received good service at this Dairy Queen location. The staff there is clueless, slower than molasses and frankly, down right incompetent. Usually I would just brush it off and go about my day but after my last visit I am highly upset. It took a ridiculous amount of time for them to get our order out to us after we ordered, while several people that ordered after us were recovering their food. Finally my mother went up to the counter and asked if our order would be out soon. Shortly after they finally brought it out and what they brought was unacceptable. The food barely looked edible, as though it has been sitting out for an entire day. We were starving and completely frustrated by that point so we just ate it anyway. After that I stepped back up to the counter to pick up the kids cones that came with my sons meals and order myself a cone. The boy at the counter was so clueless that I had to explain to him four different times what I needed, and the first time they gave me the cones they gave me the wrong flavors and I had to have them re-do it. Ridiculous for such a simple order. After that we left and just ate our ice cream in the car, however my son ended up with a case of food poisoning due to the disgusting food that they gave us. We will NEVER go back to this location and will never suggest it to anyone else. If youre looking for an ice cream fix, save yourself the trouble and just buy from the grocery store. Or make the extra trip and head to Baskin Robins in Prescott.

Food terrible service even worse, I do not understand what I did as a customer because I got the worst attitudes from the employees because I ordered food??? The place was trashed and bathrooms.....dont ask! I dont know how this place is still up and running with the punk kids that work there and dont put any passion into their jobs, why make a great franchise suffer for their laziness? Did I mention that they told us that the ice cream machine was broke in order to close early? And they made ice cream for the other customers!!! I dont understand management why they Hiried these kids but coorperate needs to fix this place up and make it great again, I hate having to go to McDonalds or sonic even to get decent ice cream because DQ is my favorite place to go. But now Im not so sure anymore.So please DQ coorperate please fix this issue with your store because your loosing business in the end when customers like me get treated like the garbage on their floors.

We drove up to dairy queen.....sidewalk? Plot twist its a curb it almost broke the car which was hazardous to my offspring. Finally, we parked the menu was outside....plot twist IT WAS THE DRIVE THRU I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HORRIFIED. next, I was greeted by a slimy door handle and was not welcomed in. So I went to order, I got the kids meal the fricken cash man didnt even ask me what I wanted for a side....that banana looked mighty fine but no I was greeted by greasy fries that made my bag moist....moist as can be the moists moist of moistness!!!! And guess what? NO FREE TREAT AND I WANTED MY DILLY BAR. Why was I ordering a kids meal you ask? I was trying to feed my starving child, which wouldve been easier if I got my free treat. GOOD JOB DQ I GOT MAJOR diarrhea WHICH DESTROYED my plumbing and stained my floors. Thank you DQ MAD MOTHER OUT...LOL JK ALMOST BROKE MY CAR DRIVING OUT OF THIS ATROCIOUS PLACE.

Wow. I cannot believe this place is even open. Ordered two of the menu items for my daughters. One grilled chicken wrap kids meal. First thing is that they dont have it anymore. Okay, then chicken tenders. Great. With bottled water and ranch. It comes out with a cup of milk (uh, gross) and bbq sauce. I told her it was supposed to be a bottled water. She says they dont have it and handed me a water cup. I said, "anything besides tap water or milk from an opened jug of milk my daughter can drink? And you should probably change your menu." Or, I dont know, maybe TELL me you dont have something when I order it instead of just giving me something else? Like I wouldnt notice a bottle of water turned into a cup of milk? Or maybe Id be confused and thought thats what I ordered. Anyway, this place blows.

Drove ten min specifically to DQ for the Blizzard deal for .99 promotion I saw on the commercial. I went inside to order and asked for the deal and the "shift leader" said "sorry we aint doing that deal anymore" (Even though the DQ website says good thru Sept 23rd at participating locations which I understand.) I said do you mind accommodating this time since we drove specifically because of the promotion I saw. "nope, sorry, deal is over" I asked her if i could speak with a manager, she said " I am the manager". At that point I knew it was going nowhere. VERY DISAPPOINTED! The customers behind me were also in, because of the commercial, which they too got turned down! Crystal the "shift leader" was very rude and couldnt care less about the customer.

Stopped in at 4:30pm with the family to get some treats in the drive thru. The woman working the window made us have to scream our order repeatedly. Then when we got to the window was completely rude, snatched the money out of my aunts hand, gave the change back. Then handed my aunt the first cup & said chocolate shake so my aunt wanted to confirm she said chocolate & the girl snapped back rudely saying, "yes I said chocolate." Then when my aunt called her on her attitude she blamed it on having a bum elbow. I dont care how much pain you are in you dont talk to customers like that. Then after she handed us our soft drink, shake, & blizzard we had to beg for straws & spoons. Needless to say we wont be back. Very poor & rude service.

I already knew this Dairy Queen had a bad rating. I just wanted to get a cone and decided to check it out. Well I went in and was followed by a couple of other groups. I was the first to the counter and was told they would be with me in a minute. 10 minutes later the girl came up and took my order which I thought would just take a minute for her to prepare being just a cone. Well then she proceeded to take the orders behind me. Wouldnt it be common sense that it only takes 15 - 20 seconds to make my cone. Well more people started coming in and she started taking order after order after order. 20 minutes later she makes my cone. Wow. Yep they deserve theyre bad score. And management obviously doesnt care.

I was here a few days ago a few minutes before close. I went in & was told that they were closed & was refused service even though the lights were on & the door was unlocked. I went there again today & ordered a medium banana split blizzard with no pineapple, simple right? Well what i recieved was wrong. What i got was a mini "banana split" blizzard except it was only ice cream & strawberries. No chocolate, no banana, nothing. I would give this place 0 stars if possible; its a dump & not even a fresh new makeover will change that. Customer service is abysmal.
