i was thoroughly intrigued by the staff here. They were all nice and polite, but I will say there is a clear difference between the front-counter and the kitchen. Up at the front counter all you hear is "Enjoy your meal" or "Have a nice day!", but when you see them working in the back (the placement makes it very easy for you to see everyone prepping your food, not necessarily good) they dont smile and I didnt even really see them talk. Nonetheless the food here is superb! Of course this is Taco Bell, a fast food restaurant, and my expectations are on a level of that of a fast food restaurant. Comparing it to the other restaurants in the area (Carls Jr, Jack-In-The-Box, Arbys, KFC, McDonalds, this was some pretty good food. I ordered the Double-Dilla which is now my new favorite item, and when I asked, the register woman kindly let me know that it was absolutely fine for me to substitute the spicy Jalapeno sauce for sour cream. I also ordered a Mountain Dew Freeze, which she didnt mind mixing all the flavors for me, it was the bomb! (The guy at a different Taco Bell told me this was called a Twilight Freeze, interesting) The food came out super fast, and it was nicely packaged, with the quesadilla being cut easy enough that I could cleanly rip the segments apart. So cheesy and gooey and delicious! As I was sitting analyzing the restaurant for this review, I noticed the counter-clerk had begun to clean the dining room (they werent busy), and she went around asking folks how the food was, and if there was anything else she could get them! That kind of customer service is not usually given in a Taco Bell, so I was awestruck. She gave them a polite conversation (it was an actually family that came in the middle of the day to eat Taco Bell, which was a bit weird to me) before zipping back up to the counter and apologizing to the next guests for their wait (which wasnt long at all). Nonetheless, this was a great example of how every Taco Bell (and fast food place in general) should be: speedy food, great customer service, and polite team members, Taco Bell is now my new favorite fast food place, but again, this review is given on a scale of fast food restaurants, not restaurants in general.

There is a guy that works the drive-thru window that has tattoos I have to tell you he was by far one of the happiest Taco Bell employees Ive ever seen. He was fast efficient had a great sense of humor. Whoever that was they need to promote him because he really is an asset to their company. Fast service to the drive-thru Ive been in the restaurant a couple times Ive seen the dining room not so clean but the one experience through the drive-thru and this guy I would go back again just because he was that good of an employee.

to all the people who are saying, just another taco bell.. ugh... have some happiness in your life. Taco bells food is not all that great. we all know that because some of it is not real food! Nevertheless, the staff is so incredibly friendly! they bring you your food if you dine in and they will refill your drink, I have even been offered a dessert because they thought that waiting 2 minutes was too much! Kelly and Gary are some of the nicest managers who care! This taco bell rocks and is the BEST i have been to.

Personally, the best major fast food location in the city. Consistently good service with even their worst people being possibly the better than the best in most of their competitors. Food is also exactly what I expect from a Taco Bell (Im not unrealistic, its fast food). Almost always a superb model Taco Bell that should be emulated by other locations and the local competitors.

They are always friendly no matter what face I see and this is not as per usual taco bell. I also do not eat dairy and ask for no cheese and they never mess up my order! I have had several taco bells mess up a 99¢ burrito! I think it has left a memorable impression on me as taco bell is the only fast food I eat and I cant remember another taco bell being so awesome.

Dont eat here. Ive just gotten back from the hospital with a colon infection and this taco bell was the last place i had gotten food. Dont get me wrong, the people there are nice, but the facility must be very dirty. I thought i was dying or my appendix ruptured or i was having kidney failure. Now, i have to rely on antibiotics and hope for the best

Its Taco Bell and its a good location. My problem is product waste going out the drive-thru window. I only ask for 6 packs of hot sauce and they placed 106 packs in my bag. Okay thats a little exaggerated but as you can see from the picture its more than 6. I dont like to see waste and Im sure the manager wouldnt approve.

Drive through is incredibly slow. Ordered 4 cups of seasoned rice, it was literally one spoonful per cup.. And thats being generous. The burrito supreme was a bean burrito. I will never go here again. The 4 bucks I spent on 4 spoonfuls of rice was a buck short of a large pepperoni pizza from Little Caesars.

Stood at the front counter for 2 mins without any of the employess acknowledging us. They were busy having personal conversations while packing for drivethru. We had to walk behind the counter for them to say anything. Come on guys you can do better then that. Common human decentcy.

The best customer service at a fast food restuarant hands down! I dont eat fast food that often, when i do decide to get taco bell, im reminded how well their attitude and professionalism is. Always get my complicated orders right and greet me with a smile. Love this location.

Ive been eating here weekly for months. The food is good, the staff is great, the mountain dew tastes like crap. Im about to bring in a bottle and have the manager drink it and then taste the mountain dew that comes out of the machine. Its night and day.

Came here for the first time since I have moved to Maricopa after being hesitant because I saw a review of someone getting food poisoning. One bite into my nacho bell grande and there was a black hair on top of my second nacho. Ill never go here again.

You can never have high expectations for this place or youll be disappointed every time. We expect mediocre food at s low price relatively fast and were satisfied. The drive thru can get quite backed up at times but they cycle through cars fast

This is the slowest and the worst taco bell I have ever had. I sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes. There were not a bunch of people in line either. Their food also is not very good. Im avoiding this place from now on.

I ordered tge beefy nacho box and it sucked! The beefy nacho wrap had hardly any meat and was paper thin. And they put a regular bean burrito in it and a regular taco. And its not the first time this taco bell is terrible! !!!

This place is overall a three star place. Sometimes four star, sometimes 1. Just depends on the particular visit. They have cleaned up the service over the last year a little though. It is a taco bell. Its not horrible..
