We ordered the big box deal and got a pepperoni and a cheese pizza delivered. out of 9 people in my house 7 of them became violently ill within 20-30 minutes of eating the pizza. One adult did not eat and our 2 year old only had breadsticks. This is not the first time we have had a poor experience with this pizza hut. In the past they have delivered empty pizza boxes to us and them claimed we were lying about it. they have messed up our order on a repeted basis. We kept saying oh its just an honest mistake.....NOT this time!!! Somthing is terribly wrong with that store. I called to get the corporate complaint number and Beverly said she couldnt give me that info. Kept demanding my name and information. Apparently Steve Stiemsme is the store mgr and Trevor Kyte is the director but he is never in. I called the Health dept and reported this incident. They need to clean up there act and stop poisoning the people of Anthem. Would definately not recommend getting pizza from them. Poor customer service and poor food quality.

Stopped in for the buffet. We arrived as it was being set out. Everything was a good temperature. The variety of pizza was great. The pasta was fresh and not dried out. The salad side was a little disappointing. The dessert pies were excellent. The employees were polite and prompt. The price was excellent. Only thing that was disappointing was that one couple took so much pizza that the buffet was emptied quickly. They took a few bites and left it on their table. The kitchen couldnt keep up so we left before we were truly done eating.

We just had Pizza Huts new BIG Italy Pizza delivered to our home and I am sad to say its the worst pizza we have ever had! The dough had no flavor except for SALT! All we tasted was SALT. And we eat salt on everything, but this was overkill. The crust and dough was so thin making each pizza slice so limp. We had 3 toppings which we could not taste at all. It just wasnt the quality we remember Pizza Hut to be. I DO NOT recommend ordering this pizza unless you like to lick a salt block.

For the idiot that wrote all u taste is salt salt and has no flavor big italian pizza I been ordering pizza hut for years and the stuff is the best in town u need to check your taste buds u dont know what real pizza is your problem is your bord so u had nothing to do then write a bad review love the people there and there driver so friendly and the food rock!!!! They closed their sit down restaurant, moved east into a strip mall and only offer carry out now. Thats not pizza hut, thats pizza to go. Very disappointed as I drove 20 minutes for a nice sit down dinner. We ended up not even ordering and went to another restaurant where we could sit and be served hot food. I will be deleting my pizza hut app from my phone.

Says open until 10pm on the door AND online. I called to order carryout so my husband could pick it up on his way home from work. Called at 9:15 & sat on hold for 11 mins. Husband got there while I was still on hold & they were closed. Nothing said they were closed while I was on the phone, just that someone wouldbe with me shortly. Yeah, not so much.

I switched to the Anthem Pizza Hut after trying another national pizza chain in Anthem. The other pizza chain got my pizza orders wrong 60% of time. Ive placed several orders over several months with Anthem Pizza Hut, and the orders have always been perfect. Anthem Pizza Hut earned my business by providing excellent service and quality.

Pizza was cold when it was arrived and it looked like it was tossed around in the box. Poor service and it took 1.5 hours to arrive, I would order from Barros Pizza and avoid this place.

Its Pizza Hut they have my pizza done in 10 minutes while I walk the dog got a pan pizza for 10 bucks large not a bad deal took it home to lunch for me and my parents ...

Friendly and professional. The pretzel crust is awesome. I got two medium supremes for $6.99 each and were amazing. The guy who took my order was super friendly. Thanks!

Pizza huts should be pretty much the same, but as we all know, they are not. This one is as good as it gets. Pizzas are good, service is good, salad bar is acceptable.

An average Pizza Hut. Going for the lunch buffet is well worth it, as you can get a buttload of different pizzas, including desert pizzas, for a good price.
