Spent over $50 when going out for lunch with friends. Ended up with soggy bread, lifeless lettuce and meat that smelled like it had been out for days. The girl who helped us, Monique was absolutely horrible and wouldnt do anything to correct the situation when we asked for a manager and none was available. The sign outside advertising their breakfast special was also nonsensical and seemed to make the place appear amateurish. I would NEVER recommend this place to even my greatest enemy. I expect this place.to go under especially after speaking with a former employee who gave me insight into how things are run there including extremely unsanitary food preparation conditions. I wish I could give it zero stars.

We drove through a blizzard basically to get to kneaders in time for breakfast. We ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwhich. We specifically said make aure to put the kneaders sauce on it. So we finally get home... and $14 later. Low and behold , we open up the sandwhiches and no sauce. WE COULD HAVE GONE TO CARLS JR. ACROSS THE DAMN STREET IF WE WANTED JUST BACON, EGG, AND CHEESE. WE COULD HAVE SPENT 2 MIN. IN THE CAR AND SPENT $4. NOT 30 MINUTES IN THE CAR AND SPENDING $14. Thats the only reason we even went.

First of off I have to say I love your food. The problem I have is your service has been going downhill. Every time I go there you guys run out of everything. My favorite soup is all sold out breads gone. Just last night I go there and try to order a loaf of Asiago Bread and its sold out. I tried to get them to sell me a half a loaf and No the Manager would not do that. So I had to pay for each slice of bread. Please fix your Service so I can come back. You sell a great product just keep it in stock.

I had the soup and salad. The soup was good but my salad (turkey avocado and bacon) wasnt very good. There was a small slice of avocado.. just a couple pieces of bacon and the turkey looked like someone just tore it off the turkey and threw it on top of the big pile of lettuce. The dressing which was in a container and on the side was barely enough to pour a little across the top. I ate everything on top and left the rest. The bread i got with my soup was dry.

Leaving one star because the store owner wouldnt let us order French Toast for a local high school team the day before a team breakfast. I understand if they couldnt give a discount and support a local high school team, so be it, but to say they are to busy to take an order because they are too busy is wrong. Called the Souyh Jordan kneaders and they are happy to take our business.

Basically had the worst service ever! I understand ww came in late but we wanted ro eat here since its easier but the sandwiches are soggy and disgusting first of all due to them being pre-made... then the lady who gave us our food didnt care who she gave what too and basically slammed our trays down... never going to this establishment again!

Very friendly staff, they worked with me when I was obviously overwhelmed work all the great looking food. The banana cream pie was the best Ive ever had, the kids loved there cookies and Tiff had the German chocolate brownie (and said it was really good). We also got the banana crumble loaf Wich was soft and very tasty

Im buy the soup on week schedule and for a low cost of $2 they offer any bread..the sourdough is a great choice.A slice of pie is large enough for 2 and well satisfied.A 3 minute drive and Im have a meal for 2 lunches or dinner.Sandwiches are too big for one but oh so yummy.5++ from our house not only food but service!

I visited this place for the first time two weeks ago. The food and service was great. Its a little more expensive then I was expecting but I still felt it was worth it for the price because the quality of food was really high. I will be going here again in the future.

We put in an order for lunch online, and they forgot to put my food in. My coworker drove a half an hour round trip to pick it up. The next they would do for me? A 20% discount. Yeah. I will never come back here. Thanks for nothing kneaders. Now I dont have a lunch.

Out of ingredients, poor service. If you place an online order and arrive after the pick up time youll find they havent even started making your food. UPDATE: They forgot the soup we ordered and they FORGOT TO PUT TURKEY ON THE TURKEY SANDWICH. Is this for real?

I ordered two french dip sandwiches, I posted a pic in the pics section so you can see it. I dont know if it was a mistake or it this is the norm. Im sorely disappointed, Ive never gotten a french dip so lacking in the meat department at any other restaurant.

Good tasting food, prepared quickly. I didnt get to enjoy the all-you-can-eat french toast, but thats partly my fault for poor planning, but it also took a while to make the food. The food was well made and the hot chocolate was very well mixed.

Really good food. However, both times salads were ordered by members of my party, they did not get the bread slices that are supposed to come with salads. They fixed the error when it was brought to their attention.

My wife loves this place but Im not as big of a fan. Heres why...pull up a chair this is going to take a while. One day we went here for lunch. My wife got a bigger sandwich than me. This upset me. The end.

Kneaders makes incredible sandwiches! The turkey on the French country bread is awesome with the avocado added. The prices are way too high and no side dishes. Cant go there very often cause of the price!

Messed up the sauce on my sandwich went in there to get it fixed. The 4 star rating is for the service that came after the mistake. It was fixed fast and my food was replaced fresh everything.

Great decor. The food is good but not great. I ordered the club sandwich with hazelnut 12 grain bread. It was good but not great. The chicken noodle soup was average. I like it here though.

Best thing to get here is the French toast for breakfast since it is unlimited and tasty. Also many of the sandwiches and hot chocolate are really good. Plus they have great pastries.

Went here at about 9. They served us cold coffee. The breakfast sandwich was rock hard. They were out of oatmeal. The fruit was nasty. The service for breakfast was slow.

Great stuff...it would be nice to have lighter Bee Hive bread, more Sourdoughness is always a plus...a good replacement for Wonder Bread...I hear Twinkies are coming back
