Los pasteles muy Ricos pero el servicio al cliente es muy malo...llame una semana antes para ordenar un pastel de Minnie y cuando fui a recogerlo me entregaron Otro pastel de colores verde y Amarillo y Azul....me tuvieron k volver aser la decorasion estuve ahi 1 hora perdida por culpa de las muchachas ke atienden las ordenes y al final asta pague de mas para ke le pusieran la muñekita....muy mal servicio. Pongan mas atencion por favor!!!!

Cake was okay. Ordered a simple cake for my moms birthday to be ready at 12pm. I called to see if i could possibly pick it up half an hour early and the girl on the phone made a big deal that i had to pick it up at the time i requested...ok i understood. I got there right before 12 and ended up leaving at 1215 finally after them coming back and forth just looking for the cake. Horrible customer service!!! No communication. I was especially dissapointed because they made me late for my moms bday. Cakes are ordered for events and they should have had it waiting for me at the time i requested especially after making a big deal about pick up time. Not going here again i was completely annoyed after leaving.

Los pasteles y el pan muy ricos, lo único que tiene uno que esperar mucho, como sugerencia deberían tener a alguien que entregue los pasteles que ya an sido ordenados con anticipación, yo recogí uno ya estaba pagado y tuve que esperar 40 minutos para eso, había mucha gente molesta esperando al igual que yo, por un pastel

Muy mal servicio de los 30 mntos esperando Mixtiaron la fecha de un pastel tuvieron que correr a corregir el horror. El servicio al cliente de la decoradora es pésimo lastima que están llevando a pique el negocio porque a si no dan ganas de volver. y muy malcriada

Muy buenas las gelatinas y el pan! Y los pasteles ni se diga! Compro casi todos los dias de ahi. No ha conocido una panaderia mejor que esta. Las conchas estan deliciosas y los bollios de queso, no mas que cuando llego en la tarde ya casi no hay!

HORRIBLE... Horrible customer Service!!!!!! they dont pay attention to the cake orders you make and if you ask them to try and do it again you will get a smart and snarky remark. On top of that they wont hand you your card they will throw it at you. They dont wait till there done doing your order to help the people behind you and ignore you and say your being rude. cant stand this place never going there again but in The bright side I found better cakes over at asahi bakery way better and awesome owners.

Ordered both my kids birthday cakes here and they were delicious. Their service was great and friendly. There is a long wait though. But the cakes were made exactly how I wanted and they were ready on time. I needed them picked up a day earlier than what I had told them and it was not a problem for them . cake was not too sweet and not too bland. It was perfect . I will definitely come here again and I recommend you give this hidden gem a try

Cake is delicious, I have never being disappointed, however costumer service is awful not even ones the girls working there have being nice or helpful, I bet if they had a better CS theyll be much successful in business , I had recommended this place to a couple of friends and they have had troubles with costumer service as well, I still love the cake but now I think twice before going there

We ordered two cakes, tres leches for a party of 100 people. The cakes ended up costing us $140, all to find a hair inside the cake. When your willing to pay that much for simple cakes, not to mention I had to provide the decorations for the cake, I expect quality. Having guess at your party finding a hair in the cake is a disappointment, unsanitary, and absolutely discussing.

Best Cakes In Town! Los Mejores!! Bought a cake for a quinceanera and it was perfect!! Exactly how I asked for it and great quality as well as prices! Was very well treated by employees! Very impressed these are absolutely the best cakes in Phoenix!! Excellent bread as well!! Very yummy!

DO NOT GO HERE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They charge for every little thing now. I ordered a cake for a quinceañera a month before the party. When I went to pick it up, they didnt have it. When I asked them, they said they forgot. I had to bring an all white cake to the quinceañera

Their cakes are amazing. But be prepared to never get your cake on time when you place an order with them. Weve done two orders with them in the past and when we went to pick them up we had to wait 20-30 minutes both times. Other than that they make the best cakes hands down.

The bread is so fresh everyday and all the desserts are just perfect. I always get the pan con chile here. Its the only place I know that makes it and the best. Sells out usually by 10am on weekends though.
