If you are really hungry and want chicken DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Let me save you the trip, time and heartache. They never have chicken and they will offer to make it but you have to wait 20-45 min. Dont ask for dark pieces because they will act like youre asking for their first born child, a kidney or their social security number. Theres never anyone there but you always have to wait so Im thinking there are ghost customers at this location and maybe that explains the zombies that work there. UPDATE: After leaving a bad review I was contacted by the manager Jody.she was very apologetic and felt very bad about the service I received but she was also glad for the review because she wasnt aware of the issue since shes not there 24/7. She took care of me and I was receiving great service when I go to KFC.. Thank you Jody for taking care of your customers.

Four pieces of dark meat on a slow night was a 25-25 minute wait. At first, I accepted this and did as I was told. When I went to pay they were rude. I pull around to wait for my food even though there was no one behind me and I realize that I dont want to give any of my money to a company who cares so little about service. I walk in for my money back and there are FILLED racks of already cooked food getting soggy behind them. Guess they just have a policy that if youre going to inconvenience then by getting what you like you have to wait. Popeyes is in the same shopping center. They were super busy, joked with me even over the intercom, and have me what I asked for happily.

If these guys had a zero stars to choose I would. My experience was HORRIBLE from the drive-thru speaker. It started out with us needing a side dish and all they told us was "they couldnt do that". Then we were asked to pull forward just to wait 10 minutes for our food. When the man brought it out he had gloves on which were GREASY. Only 2 napkins for the three meals. I got a kids meal which was supposed to come in its separate bag and didnt. The hamburger in the kids meal was LOADED with SOOO much sauce it was squeezing out the sides. No spoon for the coleslaw. This experience was SOO BAD I will NOT EVER go back.

My wife and I went in Thursday night at 9:30pm and when we walked into order the customers in front of us was ordering and everything they asked for the cashier said we ran out and itll take 30 minutes to make fresh chicken. I have worked fast food all my teenage years and irregardless of what time it is you need to have food for the customers, as a customer I dont believe Ill ever be back at this store again it is ran very poorly at night and needs some desperate attention!

I have never been so dissapointed in a fast food restraunt. Their food is pricy for very low quality. We ordered a 10 piece bucket and only got legs and thighs. The legs had NO meat in the center, just a tendon. The food was terrible and they lost our receipt so the worker had to call us over to ask us what we ordered. Terrible food and service! They obviously do not care and I will never come go back. Ill make sure my friends and family know never to go here too.

They never have chicken ready, always a 20 - 25 min. wait. Have gone weekly for last several months and not once could I get the(4) pieces of chicken I wanted. Want one meal with extra crispy and one original...nope, nope, nope ...a 20 minute wait. Want hot wings...nope, nope nope, a 20 minute wait. Want ice for your drink ... nope, nope, nope, not working today. Will I ever stop buy this place again ...NOPE, NOPE, NOPE!

Went to buy some root beer and had to wait like 10 minutes to get it, once I got it I was half way out the door when it starts to spill..( they gave me the wrong packaging) I went and asked for the right one took them another 10 minutes before they even started to do anything so I asked for my money back and like 5 minutes later they gave it back... pretty much waisted like half an hour for root beer ... :(

This location is the WORST KFC I have ever been to. We waited over 20 minutes for our drive thru order when I gave up and went inside for our food. Ironicly we had chosen not to go to Panda because it was so cold out....Finally got our food and got home to find it was old and cold. Thanks so much for the wait! Do yourself a favor, if you want KFC drive to another location.

I went to try them out normally I go to one on 9000 south and redwood. Trust me I will continue to go to one on 9000 south. I went and got a Tuesday meal deal and got no biscuits in meal deal and was charged extra for subbing my cole slaw for mac and cheese which on reciept it showed a large drink not extra for mac n cheese plus the drive through guy was a jerk!!!

No complaints about the food; its KFC. The service, however, was horrible. Every employee seemed to be running in reverse slo motion and it took at least 30 minutes for myself and 6 people in front of me to get food while we watched the employees aimlessly wandering around. I would definitely avoid coming into this place, if you need your KFC do the drive up.

They must have a bunch of kids running this location, I tired ordering a 12 piece meal was informed they were out of breasts and legs but yet I couldnt substitute anything else for them, then I leave the drive through and they gave me someone elses order!! Needless to say I will not be returning to this location!!

Nearly $10.00 for a meal $9.70 for a 3 piece meal all to get handed a kids meal size drink and when I get home there were 2 dried out wings and a tiny, I mean TINY thigh. It was about $4.00 worth of food. This place is ridiculous! I used to LOVE KFC but they have disappointed me one to many times. DONE WITH THEM!

Worst kfc ive ever been to. I bought their 10 dollar chicken share with 9 tenders. Id like to chicken share with you that my meal was old, cold, and only had 7 tenders, if you count the one popcorn chicken as a tender. Try another location. Perhaps one where their employees can tell hot from cold and 6 from 9.

They tell me I cant swap the sides on the daily specials because the "system" wont allow it and thats a complete lie, I was working at another kfc location when this happened and my location always changed things out if they wanted. This GM is greedy and has stupid policies that isnt a part of any actual rules

It was overall a unprofessional experience they didnt give me my potato wedges like I asked and have me mashed potatos when I told them Im alergic to their gravy Unfortunately I will not be returning for further business with this location because they dont care.

Worst place ever. Raw chicken. Waited for over 20 minutes to get out food and then they still forgot items. What did they do for us, we got 1 free cookie that was hard as a rock... And a husband that got food poisoning from the chicken that wasnt cooked....
