To Whom it May Concern, My mother was in town staying with me over the weekend of the 24th. Her and I had just returned back to the Roy area after a long drive from Orem, where we had attended a funeral. She is a big fan of Taco Bell and she doesnt ever get to eat it because she lives in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming. She requested that we go there for dinner so we did. Our plans were to get something quick and tasty before heading home for the evening. It was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at Taco Bell, even fast food all together. I have NEVER experienced such awful service in my life. When we got there, there was about 6 cars ahead of us, and instead of just driving over to Wendys (where they were less busy) we waited it out because it sounded better. The gentleman that took our order was very pleasant and did a great job taking our order. However, once we got to be the third car in line, that was where we sat and remained in park for 45 minutes. While waiting, the car ahead of us appeared to have to have a sick child that continued to get in and out of the car and throw up all over the drive-thru and lawn. All of us had to watch this poor family experience this while waiting because they didnt have the option to drive away. Once it got to be a wait of 40 minutes, I watched out of my side view mirror and watched as cars turned their engines back on and started to reverse out of the drive-thru. There was one car left behind me that I had to physically get out of my car and walk back to his car to ask him to let me out. After asking him to do so, as Im reversing, the guy at the speaker greeted me AGAIN and asked to take my order. I was livid at this point, because somebody shouldve come out to the cars waiting and explained what the wait was for. It was just a few minutes short of being 8:00 pm by the time we were leaving. After a long, and emotional day, this was the last thing we wanted to be doing. I felt it was necessary to write this review and let people know of the EXTREMELY unprofessional and unorganized service that was conducted that evening. To wait for such a long time and went home empty handed, thats awful! I am hoping that others speak out about the experience. This was once my favorite Taco Bell to go to because the food has tasted more "fresh" than the Clinton location. Needless to say, I plan to never return. I really hope this issue is addressed. I would hate for somebody else to experience what we did. Thank you, Amber Nixon

At 10:30pm on a Thursday I was behind 5 cars at the drive up. I notice an employee come outside to get in his car, makes eye contact with me and doesnt say a word and just drives away. Next thing I know the cars start moving finally around 11pm. I get to the speaker box and no answer. There was a car leaving who screamed at me and told me they are closed. Every car I front of me stopped at the window to get someones attention and find out if they are really closed or not. We were all ignored, even though I saw an employee inside holding a drink and just walked by quickly. I was upset that with so many customers waiting, you should at least tell us you are closed for whatever reason so we dont have to wait for nothing. Especially the employee who came outside. He shouldve mentioned they were closed. Im not sure why they were closed at 11 because their hours say they are open until 1 on Thursdays. Another time I came they were out of freezes and beef around 8pm. Someone is seriously not ordering enough ingredients to supply the demand. Poor management in my opinion.

Worst costumer service I have ever received! After sitting at the drive thru screen for 5 mins at 1030 pm with no "hello how can I help you?" And me repeating "HELLO!" Serval times. I pull up the the window with no one there. I waited. I then see a young man walk up and put the headset monitor on and walk up the the window with a very mad look on his face and just opens the window and says nothing to me. Just stairs at me. Like wheres the "Hi I had to step away for a minute and use the restroom but how can I help you" nothing to that nature we exchanged a few words and I asked if he was the only employee working and he responded with an attitude "Me and one other who doesnt speak English " I understand things happen but the way this employee responded and acted was very disrespectful. I will never return to this location. Ever again.

When I went in they were doing a refund because they had forgotten two items on the ladies meal ahead of us. Didnt think anything of it then I got my food and 1 crunchy taco was missing. And not only that but the entire staff seemed I just have a huge lack of Interest just being there so when I told him that one of my items was missing I had to wait for them to take care of two other people in line just to get my one taco that they had forgot I work in the food industry that should have been handled more promptly and then once I did get the item I was missing there was no apology I think the guys name was Troy he just came up brought a taco and walked away didnt even say thank you or anything I am never going back to Taco Bell again and I hope if its a corporate store you guys can help them figure this stuff out

Absolutely terrible service and food. Always takes far longer than necessary when they arent busy(15+ minutes when i am one of four customers). I have been there about 8 times, and not ONCE was my order correct. Always something missing or prepped incorrectly. Once, they gave me the wrong crunchwrap, so I brought it back to ask for the right one, and the manager had the audacity to tell me that I got what I ordered and it was my fault, not theirs! Even after I showed them the reciept! The level of incompetence and apathy there is astounding! I am never going there again.

This location has been going down hill. I got an order yesterday, that I couldnt even eat. I ended up throwing it away. I came in today to see if they could make up for it, and already Ive decided to never go to this location again. The beans on my double decker Taco are dry, they look like theyve sat out all day. The taco shell is stale. The only thing good is the fountain drink. Hopefully they improve soon, unfortunately its too late for me.

We waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes with only one person in line in front of us. We only ordered 4 items and 2 were burnt. This was at 7 oclock at night and once we had finally gotten our food, they said it was because they were busy and we drove by the front and there was only 6 people inside! One person even backed out of line. I would not recommend anybody to go to this location of Taco Bell, it is a waste of time.
