Drove from 33rd Avenue during lunch to this location. I knew I wanted either Fired Pie or Jimmy Johns (freaky fast), as I had limited time. I decided on Fired Pie, when I walked in it was great. Literally no one else in front of me. I walked right up and immediately ordered my pie. I was a little bummed as the shift manager making my pizza was a little stingy with the mushrooms but oh well I have noticed this place has gotten stingy with their meats and veggies lately. I paid and pie was placed into oven. For some reason the shift manager decided to hold a staff meeting right then and there directly in front of the oven. As she talked to 8 or 9 employees for over 10 min. Again in front of the oven, I watched my pizza burn. It wasnt until I made eye contact with an employee and made an annoyed face did they turn around to look at my pizza. The manager had them start another one immediately and continued to talk as if it was no bother to her. When the pizza was done, no apology or anything. My pizza was put in the oven at 2:06pm and I didnt get out of there until 2:23pm. Again, there were no customers ahead of me. I like Fire Pie, its why I dont mind driving so far to get it on limited time. But I think I will pass on this location for now on.

Quick service here, and you can readily get a well tailored pizza. My engineer companion appreciated the workflow, each person doing a simple job, so that elaborate pizzas can be constructed, cooked, and delivers to the right customer in minutes. Staff were swapping roles as needed, so they were a good team. Our pizzas were a bit big for one, we felt, but takeout boxes were freely provided. My 18 year old companion asked for apple juice, and chuckled at getting a childrens juice box.

Nice staff, your pizza is made in a timely manner, and the ingredients are varied. It might be the time or oven heat, but both times Ive gotten a pizza from here the outer edges will be crispy, but the inner part of the pizza will be a bit doughy. Pleasant staff thats not afraid to joke with you, and a good place to grab a quick lunch if you work in the area. To those of you with celiacs, they do have gluten free crust but it is baked in the same oven as everything else.

I went here for the first time on Tuesday due to high recommendations from co workers. I got there during their prime rush hour, about 12:40. I noticed they were super busy (not a surprise). But even for as busy as they were they got through everyone really quickly. I was out and back to my office in about 15 minutes. Great pizza. Great customer service and great attitudes. I will definitely be back. Im hoping youll put some in the east valley towards Mesa & Gilbert.

Ive been to this location many times. I hate to say it but they were not firing on all cylinders. The 5 employees there at the time seemed wore out, could not communicate properly and were a bit disorganized. I politely/jokingly asked the young lady at the cash register if they were slammed because of national pizza day. She said yeah kind of. Not a bad experience but I felt like the crew there at 5:30pm yesterday could have used a pick me up or motivational speech.

Visited for dinner while here on business and had the buffalo chicken caesar salad. Portion size was more than enough and the salad was very good. Staff was younger without any real management so they were busy joking around rather than taking their jobs seriously. It wasnt enough to really be upset about and my food was prepared quickly, more of a heads up. Ill probably go back before I leave to try out the pizza as my coworker said it was very good.

Disrespectful employees. I thought the African American dude who works there was disabled or deaf and kept repeating everythinh I said till the tall girl behind the cash starts laughing with him & acts sarcastic while I was there for the pizza only. Will never eat there again. The business owner better interview his employees first before hiring these disrespectful people to his customers. Im very dissapinted. Unprofessional and uneducated people.

The pizzas we ordered were great ,the employees who helped us were great, that was 2 of the 5 employees. The other employees yelled slurs & slangs that I cant, wouldnt say. They didnt stop yelling and caring on thinking that cause we couldnt see them we didnt hear them. I hope that they get a really good manager soon or I dont know if I would bring any one else there.

If you like pizza your way, this is one of the handful of new pizza places to offer a build it yourself style pizza for one low price. Just 8 bucks for an 11" pie with any toppings you want! They also do salads if thats your thing. The staff is friendly and interior has ample seating. Great lunch spot if you work near downtown Phoenix.

I have been here a few times, they have great food and good customer service. I have noticed the prices going up and the pizzas getting skimped on. I use to get a full meaty, cheesy pizza for $7.95 and today I got a thin layer of cheese, 6 pieces of meat, and a chared bottom for $9 (after tax)... same order big difference in quality.

Ive been here a few times and the other locations as well. I like that the pizza is big enough for one and it doesnt have a heavy dough like the other places do. Their Caesar salad wasnt too bad either. I highly recommend them if you like your food customized like chipotle and subway its the place for you.

OMG we love this place. One of my favorite foods is Pizza in this place offer such a great deal. You are not charged per topping and can have anything you want for same base price. and their selection of Toppings is great. Every time a friend is in from out of town we have to take them here.

Great food but ordering on the phone is a pain since they dont take phone orders from 11am-2pm. Even if you call 5-10 min before this they still wont. I just decided to order from somewhere else that is easier with my work schedule, thanks guys....

I had a difficult voicemail message and the kind & friendly staff made me feel appreciated! How? By allowing me to chose ingredients for the delicious pizza then reading my mind regarding another great add on choice! Thank you Fire Pie :)

The guy making mine wasnt paying attention and left it really sparse even after I asked for double meat. Nobody was paying attention. It was a sad looking pizza, if it wasnt for seeing some of the others I wouldnt come back. Well see.

I travel for a living and stay at many hotels and I have to say I was very impressed with the hotel staff. They were very attentive to detail and the needs of their guests. I felt right at home which is how you should feel at a hotel.
