Tried to order a pizza today. The website had a monthly special on the front page, and after I ordered it, I was told it was not on special. I asked why and they said they hadnt updated the website yet, so they werent honoring what was plainly on their site. The manager, Mike, then came on the phone to inform me they were in the process of taking that down and there was no way they could do a discount. When I told him that according to law, thats false advertising and he needed to make it right, he began talking over me, interrupting me, and talking down to me very loudly, saying I shouldnt be telling him what he can and cannot do. I told him to stop yelling at me and that they were throwing away a customer, to which he replied that it didnt matter. Id only ordered 5 times in the last year, and that they didnt need my business because "theyre doing really well." Then he hung up on me. This used to be a great place, but never again will I give them a penny of my hard earned money. Its gone downhill to the point of ridiculousness. The customer service is non-existent. Avoid AT ALL COSTS!

The pizza was amazing. Great flavors and the ham chunks were huge! (Maui Wowie) The marinara was also delicious and the herbal flavors were robust. My concern come from the staff and cleanliness in the establishment. The floors, dirty. The tables falling apart and the place seemed forgotten by the owner. The staff was more interested in their cell phones than in helping customers. Order your food to go and you wont be disappointed. To the owner: a quick makeover and a better attitude could seriously bump business by a lot. Good luck. Also a couple customers were having issues with Isis payments (not myself as I paid cash) for call ahead orders. Make sure you tell them you plan to pay that way.

The food is pretty good. I quit ordering here though after a ridiculously horrible delivery experience. After two hours, I called the store to find out where my food was. The person who took my order had both written down the wrong address and the wrong phone number so the driver had been wandering around 15+ miles away in the wrong direction. An hour later the food had still not arrived, and when I called to request a refund they refused and instead only offered me 10% off my next order. I threw a fit until they agreed to 50% off my next order. When I called a few days later to redeem it, they refused to honor it because no one put a note in my file.

Ordered at 8:15 online, went to pick it up, after it says online the wait time is 60-75 minutes. It also says online its open till 10pm. Drive up at 9:05, and its closed. At 9pm on a FRIDAY. What pizza shop closes at 9pm on Friday???? Good thing I was going to pay with cash. I had no idea it would be closed until I called and listened to their voicemail. Please consider updating your online hours, and giving warning to online orders to pick up before 9, because thats ridiculously early to close for a pizza place on a Friday. I am really disappointed, your pizza recipes sounded delicious.

Good pizza; completely incompetent staff. I cant recall a time where I didnt have to send an order back because THEY ALWAYS GET IT WRONG THE FIRST TIME. Why do they even bother keeping record of a returning customers past orders/special requests if theyre just going to send me an incorrect order anyway? This place used to be awesome back in the late 90s and early 00s with decent staff. Its going the way of all businesses on 33rd... Closing down Granite High School has really hurt the local economy.

Wasatch is definitely a step up, several actually, from any of the chain pizza establishments. And for a marginally higher price. The value per dollar spent is a quite high, and one large pizza can fill up my 4 person family. This is primarily due to the quality and dense crust. A simple cheese is delicious and complex in flavor, and there are many varieties beyond that to satisfy any palate. Highly recommended!

This location is sorry as hell, they originally quoted me $41.47, it took twice the time i was told and then it was almost $50.00. We got our food and it was cold, and the box was smashed. I gave them directions and the driver still got lost. I had to go out and find him. I called to complain and the people were rude, and only offered to remake the food? Id rather just take my business elsewhere....

Your guyses customer service is terrible every time I order something you guys cant get it right on top of that last time I was sitting in your guyses restaurant you can hear all the profanity and terrible uncalled for music playing in the background you guys are a bunch of degenerates this place needs to be run by someone thats professional Foods great your employees suck

Amazing pizza with top of the line ingredients. You definitely get what you pay for. Quality takes time, so if its fast service you want call a corporate chain. But if taste is what your after this is the spot. Never been dissatisfied with these guys. If they have delays or mess up my order (very rarely) they are great at making it right. Eat here.

I remember eating pizza a year ago from the sample place and it was ok. Today my bbq chicken pizza was inedible!!! Awful, the pizza was burnt, it was swimming in bbq sauce and the chicken was... Chicken jerky. I would not buy pizza form wasatch pizza anymore. Ah... And the pizza box was not even from wasatch pizza. I wish I can put a picture up!

Lunch Food: 5/10 Staff: 1/10 Atmosphere: 1/10 Location: 4/10 Recommendation: Too expensive for sub par service and quality. The food is okay but too expensive. The staff is not helpful and needs better phone skills. The atmosphere is dirty and is full of flies. The location is not ideal for business, casual meals, or locals.

I was disappointed with the service. I was told that it would arrive between 30 to 45 minutes. After 2 hours I finally called back (for the second time) and had to cancel my order. I will blacklist them for 1 year. Who knows? Maybe that will be when the delivery guy actually shows up.

Good for what it is. Fairly inexpensive pizza that feeds several people. They have some interesting creations as well. After reading other reviews, we opted to pick ours up rather than have it delivered. It was ready on time and we had no problems. Id eat here again.

Seriously, there are better options than this. I just hit a two hour mark on waiting, and this is after Ive gone a year without ordering from them for previous problems. I thought I would give them another chance, and thats my mistake.

Excellent pizza, especially their designer pizzas. I have never had a problem with their service. I recommend them to my friends and familly. However, it is pricey. This is not the place to order from if you are tring to be thrifty.

Excellent pizza. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is delivery took much longer than they said it would - closer to an hour and a half than the 45 minutes I was quoted. Otherwise great! Well order again!
