The food was good but the service was not. When we got there we were seated and it took about 20 minutes for a waiter to bring water - after many workers walked by and chatted with each other. After we ordered and got our food we sat there for an hour waiting for our bill. The waiter walked past us multiple times and ignored us each time we tried to get her attention. She had a busser bring over boxes and our check. When we told the busser we could give her our payment right there she ignored us and walked away. When we were finally finishing up - - after about 2 hours the waiter came over and said, "Im sorry I neglected you guys, I got super busy and forgot about you...but at least you have each other." That was very unappealing and I dont have any urge to go back unless I hear of the service getting better.

This john bartley guy is an idiot, i happen to work at flatbread in the kitchen and we dont even carry wheat buns. For obvious reasons im remaining anonymous, but i will agree that sometimes you get a burnt taste on your pizza, however that is not "burnt pizza" or "burnt crust" We use a legit fire-stoked oven, and it produces ashe, if the pizza cooks are super busy, or dont pay super close attention a slight layer of ashe can make a pizza taste burnt, even though its deffinately not. As i am in the kitchen, i cant really talk about how the service up front with the waiters/waitresses is. And with any place your experience will vary depending on A LOT of factors. And im sorry you felt that way about it.

The food was reasonably good but the service was poor. For instance, I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come on an "asiago encrusted roll." It instead came on a plain whole wheat bun of acceptable but unexceptional quality. If they cared about service, I would have been told that they would be making the substitution and asked if it was OK. The sandwich was accompanied by a salad which, when asked, the server indicated would come with a blood-orange vinaigrette dressing. The salad came with no dressing at all. When two servers were asked to remedy the oversight, the first was unhelpful and the second was surly. In short, the service interfered significantly with enjoyment of the food.

Their tomato soup was THE BEST soup Ive ever had! The pizzas we chose were interesting and fun to try, though I would have rather just had one piece of each than a whole pizza as the flavors were intense. The lasagna wasnt very interesting to me. My other main reason for the 5 stars was the excellent service. Ive never had a more perfect server (waitress, I wish I could remember her name) in my life. She was quiet, didnt bother us unnecessarily, her timing was absolutely impeccable, and could practically read our mind for what we needed and wanted. We would go back just for her! PS We ate there on Saturday Nov 21st around 2 back in November, if the owner happens to be reading this.

Classy place to come for lunch or a dinner date with delicious authentic Italian food. Cute interior with a patio for outside seating as well, rustic-y and industrial feel with the design spot on. Environment is amazing here, balancing between a higher end restaurant and a casual laid back atmosphere. Server was quick and friendly. They have gluten free options but if you are dairy free and want cheese you should go to Mellow Mushroom a couple doors down. They dont carry a vegan cheese substitute but their seasoning is amazing. If you cant eat dairy or have any food allergies you can still customize your pizza however you like. They have everything tasting super fresh and delicious.

First of all, they brought me the wrong pizza, okay, happens. But, the correct one was burnt. Then "Mariska" told me that it was the typical "char" on a pizza. I have lived in Italy and returned numerous times over the years. That was not typical. But the worst part of the experience was the staff, they offered no apologies for the 20 minute delay in messing up my order to begin with, or any for the blackend crust after. Then they were so rude about it, that when we left, my daughter was actually shaking with anger at Mariskas rudeness. You can bet that Sette Bello will be getting my business from now on.

Im not a fancy guy and Im more interested in the taste of the food and the associated cost to create an overall value. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic, reminding me of an upscale bistro just outside of Paris. But Im married with kids, so the atmosphere is lost on me. The food is good (it would impress your date) but the overall value for me isnt quite there in terms of a family dinner. My kids do love the "make your own pizza" option, which is awesome. But overall this isnt my favorite place. But if I was single and a hipster wanting to impress some girl, then perhaps I would feel differently.

My family has come here a few times now, and we always leave smiling. The service we have received there was awesome - so friendly, and willing to accommodate specific requests. My kids are picky and LOVE that they can "build-their-own" pizza and then watch it bake in the big oven in the back. They have great options for us gluten-free folk too. Even on a busy weekend night the staff have been happy and seem stress-free, chatting with our kids and making menu suggestions. A great experience and good prices.

Cool decor. I like the wooden walls and lighting. Comfy booths and seating. The pizza my dining companions had was very good, including the gluten-free ones. However, the salad I had was horrible. Limp and soggy, with no flavor. Im not very fussy over food and usually finish everything, but I left most of this as it was so unappealing. I shared some of my husbands pizza instead. I would go back here, but next time Id order the pizza for sure! :)

When I searched this restaurant on google to write a review, the first result that popped up was for DiGiorno Pizza. Thanks Google for rubbing it in my face that I paid $50 for a meal that would have been easily beaten by a frozen pizza. Anyways, for my actual review all I have to say is when we walked into the restaurant the staff all looked sad and not wanting to be there. After eating the food, I then understood why. Youve been warned.

This place has gone downhill. The last several times Ive been in, my order was wrong or terrible. I was served a salad with shredded plastic bags. Top that off with the saltiest pizza Ive ever had. The wait staff and manager have been attentive and professional, but theres something wrong with their kitchen. My review isnt from a singular meal, but from the last several months. I doubt Ill go back after being a regular customer for years.

This place is amazing!! The food is always on point, especially the pizza that is baked in their wood-oven stove with ingredients imported from Italy. The atmosphere is wonderful and very family friendly. They provide a little pizza bar for the kids to go and watch their pizzas being made, which my daughter absolutely loved. The staff is so sweet, and remembers its regulars. If youre in sugarhouse, this place is a must!
