So, Im just got home and I looked in my fridge and nothing is appealing to me, and i figure, " You know what, Imma order a pizza" and look up Pizza hut online. I called this place, and expected to find someone looking to help me reach that goal on the other end of the phone. Instead, there was what I assume was a woman on other end of the line that sounded something more of a drill sergeant than a customer service representative. Instead of " Hello, thank you for calling pizza hut" I was met with " PICK UP OR DELIVERY!!" Being a little caught off guard, my mind took a second to adjust to the yelling before it pieced together the question " PICK UP OR DELIVERY!!" she squawked again. "delivery" I finally responded. "CROSS STREETS!!?" she demanded. After I told her she scoffed and torted "YOU GOT THE WRONG NUMBER, WE DON"T DELIVER THERE, YOU GOTTA CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!" "Woah, woah, woah, calm down lady, I got the number Im good." YOU CALM DOWN!!!" I heard her say as she slammed down the receiver. So, I called the other store, and they were super helpful and awesome with the customer service. Dunno what these guys problem was, but they were mean.

I placed an order online shortly after 7:00 pm, the estimated delivery was 9:00 pm. I understand that the restaurant was obviously busy, however when I called the store at 9:50 I was told by the employee that no order had been placed. After speaking with the manager I was told that someone had called at 7:30 and canceled this order. This person was NOT myself. When I informed the manager that I had not canceled my order and was still very much expecting a delivery he informed me that they could redo the order but would not be able to deliver the food for at least 1 hour. I completely understand that they were busy however they canceled the wrong order, didnt apologize, or even offer a discount. That is completely unacceptable.

First time calling to ask about my online order the lady was not that friendly or helpful. Food was delicious tho. About our 3rd time, we ordered online again and went to pizza hut and it ended up I had ordered at a different pizza hut. The gentleman was more than helpful he called the nearest pizza hut and confirmed my order was there and gave me directions. Jus recently we did delivery and was not happy. First time I was really dissapointed. We ordered new garlic bread pizza yuck (-.-) bread was super soggy and the cheese and pepperoni was burnt. Ordered wings and no ranch. The hersheys chocolate dunkers box got squished and all the chocolate on the cardboard box lid. Hopefully next time will be better.

The first time I called the customer service wasnt very good, but the delivery was great so we gave them another chance. Their customer service on the phone has become better and better each time I call. It sounds to me like they probably got new people or managers since the not so great reveiws previously posted. The last time I ordered not only was the guy on the phone very helpful and patient as we discussed specials, but my order was delivered in under 20min (on a Saturday night) and the pizza was perfect. None of the usual cheese shifted, or stuck on the box symptoms you usually get with delivery.

so i order pizza online because of the 50% off deal, it made me select a time 75 minutes from the time i was order okay im at work no big deal i set for 5:15pm, im waiting at 5 no pizza man .... 515 no pizza man but the money refunded to my account, i called to find out whats going on and the guy came early and the dude on the phone didnt know what time he came and they didnt call me to tell me that they came early and their only resoultion was they can make the pizza again which would take another hour and take 3$ off the order, i will never order from this pizza hut again

Horrible service. Horrible employees. Order pizza. Doesnt show up at all after waiting over an hour and a half. Call them, no answer. Finally shows up two minutes from close. Receive lukewarm pizza finally. Tip? Keep the change. Felt bad. Realize he forgot garlic sauce. Remember why he gets nothing for tip. Dont feel bad. I live off tips myself and would expect nothing more than what was given after the worst pizza service experience ever. Will not be ordering again. Mainly to avoid continual ingestion of probable anal hair, spit, and other humanly fluids in food.

I am really disappointed at the customer service of Pizza Hut. I mean they are the most known Pizza brand in the world and yet their customer service sucks really really bad. Ive been waiting for more than 10 mins on the line and when he answered he didnt even say a word and hung up on me while i was talking. Dont even get me started on previous phone call. I am sorry Pizza Hut but Dominos is taking over one city at a time. p.s I AM NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ANY ADVERTISING AGENCY, i am just an normal customer trying to get some Pizza. ;)

BAD SERVICE / FLIES EVERWHERE. Came in to take advantage of advertised 2 for 7.99 medium pizzas special. Wanted 3 but he said I had to get 4. Then I opted for 2 pizzas with 2 orders of waffle fries. Total came out to be $20.51. However he would not accommodate my $100 bill. But I had 17 in smaller bills would not accommodate that. He told me to run to a convenience store to break a 100. He was a tad rude and short on temper. FLIES EVERYWHERE isnt a good sign. Manager on duty was nick.

Service is terrible!! Will never use this location again. This time when I went to pickup my pizza, no one would come to the window when I was ringing the bell. When someone finally came, he said 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, had to ring the bell for 5 minutes and was told the pizza was burned! I left for another location. The time before this I waited for 30 minutes in line at the pick up window. Was told they only had one person on that night. Never going to order from here again!!

This is strictly a delivery or take your pizza hut. From the times that Ive ordered food from here, the food always took longer than all other pizza huts. Ive been left waiting in the lobby waiting for someone to help me, this happens almost all of the time. Delivery was worse, having about 45 wait times to deliver one mile away, and receiving a lukewarm pizza. The 10 dollar any pizza is a great deal. Try a pzone, I like the supreme. Lobby was clean.

I ordered a supreme pizza for carry out. I got it and when arrived at home I notice that half the ingredients are not there. No mushroom, no green pepper, no onion, none of them. It was completely insulting as my receipt was showing the correct order but the pizza was containing nothing but cheese and sausage. It was late and was tired so I didnt bother to go back, I have kept the pizza and will go there first thing in the morning.

AWFUL service. i was treated more like a burden than a customer. The guy who answered was completely rude. He insulted me and told me I wasnt listening. He was totally negative, rude, and disrespectful. He obviously didnt know anything about customer service. Didnt even order from their because they were so rude from the begining. Will never even attempt to order from their again.
