They are great, and they have the cheaper items on the menu that I enjoy. I always get 2 basic chicken sandwiches and then dont forget the Chick-Fil-A SAUCE! Its the best with your fries, and sandwich. Heck I put it everywhere! The only reason I give 4 stars is because when they came and catered it was horrible. No chick-fil-a sauce, and no waffle fries. they instead gave us bagged waffle fries? ew, not the same.

I frequent this restaurant quite a lot. Since Vince started managing this location the quality of customer service and food has gone up drastically! Today we had a mix-up that he handled professionally and quickly, and showed the utmost pride in his work. We really appreciate his commitment and highly recommend this location.

Loved having this CFA around before the Provo store opened. I went here often and would get great food from a friendly staff. I was wondering about the new frosted lemonade while ordering, and the team member just made me a 1/3 size sample so I could try it. It was delicious!

The food is okay, but the customer service is absolutely horrible. The store isnt all that clean, either. And, this place has really long lines, which I dont understand. Maybe Ive just been on really bad days. Id definitely go to a different Chick-fil-A and skip this one.

Fresh & delicious food, friendly & fast service. Ive gone here a couple of times in the past month Each time my order was ready for me right after I finished paying/getting my drink! Even when they were busy! Phenomenal. Best place to eat in the mall hands down.

Lightning quick, friendly service! We liked the spicy chicken and the nuggets. The plain chicken sandwich was ok but after that spicy, yummy one I just couldnt bring myself to eat it. I would eat here again but realize it isnt the healthiest option.
