Hola, el dia 6 de Julio fui al lugar las islitas q por lo regular lo frecuentamos y el platillo pescado zarandeado, es uno de los favoritos q por lo regular pedimos y lo hacían muy rico por eso lo pedimos, pero esta vez estaba fatal, demasiado quemado, muy negro y estaba muy fuerte a carbón estaba muy reseco, el sabor del carbón se penetro demasiado a todo el pescado estaba terrible.....eso fue uno de los puntos el otro fue el servicio, la mesera muy desatenta para nada que se arrimaba a la mesa apreguntar si necesitabamos algo, o a recoger la mesa, solamente q le habláramos o nos parábamos por algo q necesitábamos, la comida y el servicio fue de lo peor q nos ha tocado, todo estuvo terrible....

La peor experiencia, que e tenido en un restaurant. Fui con mi familia a comer y los platillos los llevaron unos primero y el mio y el de mi esposo media hora despues, pues la mesera no se acordaba que aviamos pedido, asta que le dije que, que avia pasado con mi orden, llevo la comida y sin cubiertos, luego los pedi y me llevo un tenedor y una cuchara de plástico. Pedí carne y nunca me llevó el cuchillo para cortarla, muy mala mesera pésimo servicio, nunca pregunto que nos hacia falta, ni levantaba los platos.

Pues no fui a comer ahí tenía planeado ir con mi familia a comer y disfrutar de la música pero en cuanto vi todos los malos comentarios del mal servicio de las meseras y la mal organización con la comida decidimos no ir. Nosotros somos dueños de un restaurante y ningún lugar es perfecto pero lo peor que le puedan brindar al cliente es el mal servicio. Muy mal son muchos malos comentarios y ratings. Así no se antoja llegar a comer.

Fui este viernes a cenar horrible servicio,la mesera muy amable la chica que me entrego la cuenta tan nefasta una tipa tan grosera que no deja con ganas de ir de nuevo era una chica vestida de negro la unica en el lugar si era la manager o encargada que pesimo servicio nos dio no lo recomiendo!! Lo peor que gente de nuestra misma cultura sea tan grosera!

worst experience ever super loud music. Mala experiencia, estaban sanamente tocando un grupo tolerable quando llega otra con speakers y impiezan tocar bien alto fue una falta de respeto a mi y a mi familia y la cosa es que fueron contratados por el dueño, este es un restaurante NO un salón de baile!!!! se nos deve una disculpa inmediatamente.

Que lugar tan mas feo. El servicio de lo peor, el mesero nos quitaba nuestros condimentos para llevarlos a otra mesa. Mi coptel de camaron y la campechana de mi esposo era pura agua, nada de sabor y muy caro, no vale la pena lo que cuesta. Dimos queja y nos innoraron. No se disculparon, no nada. Jamas volvemos a parar ahi mucho menos lo recomendamos.

Not the greatest experience Ive had. The waitresses seemed upset that a customer actually came in, and were grumpy. The soup was virtually all water and took forever to even get to the table. Im not normally one who sends out reviews, but this was not an enjoyable experience. I asked for a to go container, so I could leave and not start an argument in the middle of an empty restaurant. Not to mention the prices, are atrocious! If I read the menu correctly, they were charging $15+, for 3 tacos. There are many places that serve delicious tacos, and only charge $3 for 3 tacos. Ie, $1 a taco. So Mariscos Las Islitas charges 500% more than other places!

The food was alright... not the best. The service was odd. ( The waitress stood right by us, staring, as my friend signed the receipt/wrote a tip because, apparently she had given him the "only pen we have in the entire restaurant." -I ended up leaving them a pen from my purse since I felt badly for them.) We wont be back.

No custermer skills what so ever. The price is extremely high for the quality of food served. Had better. Actually this same restaurant in Vegas its much-much better. Needs improvement and better taste on food.
