I had waited a bit before going here but one afternoon took a chance. I walked in and looked at their lineup and said "Wow, OK, you guys are like Chipotle"! The woman behind the counter said "No we are not". I took a 2nd look at the process and thought, same lineup...OK but didnt argue and let her know I was getting 3 burritos. I was the only person in line and besides a man that was sitting down eating, we were the only ones in the restaurant but the 2 ladies behind the counter acted as if it was really busy and tag teamed me on the 3 burritos, interrupting each other to ask me if I wanted wheat or white tortilla on the 3rd burrito,kind of meat for the 2nd burrito and cheese on the 1st burrito way at the end of the counter....Yeah....that was all kind of jumbled for you guys for this review, but...that was how I felt, rushed and frustrated. They were not even giving me a chance to look at their meats or anything else they had, just get her out the door. I did have a chance to see that they grilled steak they had looked like jerky so I avoided that and just got the grilled chicken which was sitting in liquid. So the final outcome is the taste. She was right, THEY ARE NOT LIKE CHIPOTLE! Chicken had bones, pico had tomato cores in it, and cilantro was woody - lets just say the texture of the burritos were awful and every bite was a chore to pull out something that was inedible so none of us finished and we will not be back. Yuck. If the owners care the day I went was Wednesday December 23rd.

Its okay, dont get overly excited about it. I usually dont go unless we have a Buy One Get One Free coupon. -Two hispanic girls were working/sitting in the booths waiting for customers. They were eating Betos Mexican food and playing on their phones. When they decided to get up to provide service they werent too talkative. As we watched them get up and go around the counter neither of them washed their hands, Only wore one glove that their dirty hands man handled before it was on correctly and even picked up the broom and mop and didnt wash hands afterwards. ( I wish I had enough guts to tell them to wash their hands but it made me feel uncomfortable) one of the girls took her apron into the restroom and was in there for a very long time. Not sure WHAT SHE WAS DOING.. however, I saw a lot of unsanitary things. It totally turned me off to the restaurant. My rule of thumb was only to go if we had BOGO... Now I wont go at all

Two stars because the food is good, especially for the price. However, all of that food for the price and no customer service means nothing to me. Dont go unless you want to be treated rudely, and have the employees ignore you and speak Spanish to each other the entire time you are there. Im not racist by any means but its just awkward standing there not knowing whats going on feeling like an odd ball as the employees talk to one another in Spanish and look at you with shear annoyance. They seriously seem annoyed with you the second you walk in. Rude rude rude.

This place does have good food but it is pretty pricey. The main reason I am giving the bad rating is because their service is pretty horrible. They dont really listen to you as you are ordering and it makes it frustrating when you dont get what you want. As well, they arent very busy so every time I have been there, the food looks like it has been sitting a long time without being stirred. I would honestly choose Betos which is just down the street. You get better food, more options, and a better bang for your buck.

This place is wonderful!!! The spicy pork for me with the hot hot sauce on it and the steak burrito for me and the kids quesadilla meal is so much more that the "ninos quesadilla " at the other place costs around $16. We go there all the time. The only complaint is that inevitably some of the drink options in the dial your coke machine thing are out. The people there are great and the food is wonderful.

This is a great restaurant for people with Celiac Disease! Theyre really good about washing their hands, changing gloves, and getting new utensils. Ive eaten here a lot and never had a reaction. The staff is always super friendly and the food is really, really tasty. My whole family loves coming here, everyone can find something they love to eat! I definitely recommend this place!

The ingredients they use here are so fresh. With Cafe Rio and Costa Vida as competitors, this restaurant offers a refreshing alternative. Gluten-free options a available. A killer $5 deal. The burrito could easily be 2 meals for the less voracious burrito consumer. Plus its less hectic than the Cafe Rio crowd.

Food is absolute garbage. They talk crap about you in Spanish because theyre lazy and dont want to make food for you. And on top of this there were 3 hairs in my food. Ill be telling everyone not to come here. Theyll be out of buisness soon anyway.

Nice staff, good sized portions, great price, but the burrito I had was just kinda blah...needed more flavor. I love Mexican food and want to see this place succeed but it needs a little help and a couple of areas I guess.

Worst food ever. I had the salad and it was half water. Might as well go to Costa Vida or CafeRio theyre so much better and price the same. No wonder it was dead. Should have took that as a sign.

It was the first place I have tried Mexican food and then it has become my favorite food till now! The tastes and prices are wonderful. Staffs are friendly. Atmosphere is clean and quiet.

This place has the absolute best fast food deal you can find. $5 for a drink and good sized burrito with fresh ingredients. I have been here multiple times and have nothing to complain about!
