This place used to be great. The food was good the atmosphere was nice and the staff was also nice but now this place has gone down drastically. The food quality has dropped, the food that is supposed to be cold is warm, and the food that is supposed to be hot is cold. The meat has hardly any flavor and you always end up getting more fat than actual meat. More than half the time the chicken is raw cold and tasteless, and the food always looks like its been there since they opened. Half the time the staff behind the counter in the kitchen is rude and they never give you the portions you want. The desert table always has the same things and they look old, and they are always hard as a rock. The soda is ridiculously expensive and it NEVER tastes how its suppose to taste, half the time it tastes like water with sugar and the other half it taste nasty, if people are paying a ridiculous price for their soda it should at least be worth it. The waiters and waitresses are usually in a bad mood and they end up being rude to the customers. They hardly ever have a smile and when they talk to you they always give you attitude as if you being there annoys them. The music sucks, its always the same old elevator music that gets on your nerves. The bathrooms are usually dirty and not kept clean, they always smell and if you ask them to spray something they look at you like your crazy. More often the not the manager on duty is always yelling at the staff. I have been coming to this place for years but they have now lost a customer. It used to be a great place but it has gone downhill and they are hitting rock bottom.

In the neighborhood and needed to eat. The new brunch menu is good. The service provided by Kaitlee was excellent considering how busy everything was in the restaurant. I was disappointed with the service given by the fellow Carlos who was serving and cooking the steaks. I was standing in front of him and was trying to get his attention. Up next to me came a Hispanic guy and said something to the cook and the cook in preference to him gave him attention and service before me. Two nice looking pieces of steak were given to him, other words where exchanged. I imagine they were thanks for the beautiful pieces of steak you have given me. So, he left and as I was looking at the steaks that were on the grill. The server slammed his thongs on the window near me and and blurted out what do you want. Before I could answer well done, he pulled up an almost raw price of meat and I then said do you have cooked well done? He looked at me and appeared to be perturbed. I do not know if he was to be honest, but it certainly felt that way.. Then he took another piece of steak from the grill cut a much smaller piece than the ones given to other fellow. When I arrived to sit at my table I cut the steak and immediately became aware that what he had given me was the grisly, fatty part of the steak. Needless to say I realized that this was a losing battle with someone obviously bent on his own agenda on how he treats customers. I will not recommend you not getting steak here.

WORLDS WORST GOLDEN CORRAL IS IN OREM UTAH DO NOT EAT HERE FOOD IS NOT FRESH AND STAFF IS RUDE VERY DIRTY WE WERE DRIVING THROUGH AND STOPPED HERE FOR DINNER BEING THE OTHER GOLDEN CORRAL LOCATIONS WE HAVE BEEN TO WERE GREAT As we entered they refuse to make sweet tea for us there was poop all over the bathroom walls and it was very very dirty toilet paper everywhereThe restaurant is not very clean either around the food stations were dirty the floor needs vacuumed also the entryway hard floor is wet and the rugs that are supposed to be in the doorway are folded up into the corners so that you cannot use it the food was very dry had been sitting out for hours very disgusting the staff was very rude and would not tend to our needs the people that meat station did not offer to show the meat to see that it was well done they dud not stock plates and silverware Theres way more but I dont want to write a novel just dont go here I came on January 3 2016 at 7 p.m.

This location is very nice, it is kept clean and you can bring your family or come catch up with a friend. The food is really good. They have a bar for salad and soups, breakfast and lunch type items such as steak or french toast, and for desserts like cake, jello, or brownies. They have a good selection of every meal. The servers have been really great every time I have come, as well. The only reason why I am giving four stars is because today I overheard a "manager" whose name I believe is Andres say he didnt care if the water he was refilling to keep food warm spilled into neighboring trays because he "wasnt the one who was going to eat the food." Besides that, everyone else I have interacted with and the food I have tasted here deserve 5 stars.

Worst Golden Coral I have ever been too. Ask 3 times how long until Fried Chicken thighs would be ready told 3 times, 5 minutes. Waitress was the worst ,she was so rude when I asked her a second time about the chicken said it was on the bar all along I told her it wasnt and she went to the where the rostiure chicken was an said there it is, I said thats not fried she said well its chicken. I told her how rude she was and she said you get what you give. The customers behind us said she is the worst there. I called the management she offered to refund our money but all I wanted was for the Rude waitress to be talked too! I hope if anyone else has this experience with ths curly brown haired waitress they will also report her.

Every time I end up at this place I am horrified by what I see the workers do. Last night I watched the woman at the salad bar use her food gloves to wipe off the counter and open doors and push in on the overflowing garbage and then she used the same dirty gloves to handle each piece of sliced watermelon as she scooped them into the serving tray with her hands. I tried to explain to the woman that she had just made a horrible mistake but she didnt speak English. None of them speak English. The time before that I watched the salad bar worker pick up tongs that had fallen on the floor and put them back into the serving tray. Who trains these people? YUCK!

Horrible horrible horrible! Food is very low quality, chicken is dry, desserts all taste the same, feels like food is not fresh. Staff was very nice. However there is a "General Manager" who treats the employees like they are things. I made him aware that I could hear him yelling at his employees he told me I didnt have to tell him how to run his restaurant. Later I found out hes not even the owner. Sad, sad, sad experience. Im all for supporting local business owners but obviously the real owner of this Golden Corral needs to fire this rude big head guy. (Who also has long hair, doesnt shave, kind of nasty presentation for a restaurant manager).
