HORRIBLE.. HORRIBLE.. HORRIBLE Service. First off I found a hair in my Mac n cheese and it wasnt mine.. I have pitch black hair and the hair I found was long and blonde. DISGUSTING!!!! When I went and told the manager what I have found he just told me "it happens" thats it!!!! Like WTF!? He never apologized, he didnt even change the Mac n cheese. And dont even get me started on the servers.. Unprofessional rude servers they obviously hire just anybody here. This and the Orem chuck a Rama are THE WORST I have ever been to. Literally do not go to these ones youll regret it soooo bad. They dont even deserve one star.

I have ate here a few times and the food is disgusting. Most of the staff doesnt even speak English which is extremely irritating. I go in and ask for medium prime rib. The person who cuts the meat is Mexican and cannot speak English. She even says do you speak espanol. Luckily I am well versed and do but I told her no we are in America speak English. She looks at me puzzled and I point to the piece of prime rib I want and make the cutting motion and she puts it on my plate. DO NOT EAT HERE WORST PLACE OVER BY EAST BAY.

This is actually one of my favorite places to eat. I get what I want, as much or little as I want in a friendly comfortable setting. I broke down today and had a brownie and it did not disappoint. It was moist and delicious and full of chocolate chunks. Ive always said, "youve heard of the meat and potatoes man? Well Im his wife." I love that I can come hear for lunch at 11am and have roast with carrots and potatoes and a hot fresh scone to go with it just like my momma used to make.

Very good place to take kids! Lots of kid friendly food options, pizza, fries, mac and cheese, fried chicken, fruit/veggie bar, and desserts. They also have tons of juices, slushies, and whipped drinks. Kids prices are based on their age, so you dont pay a small fortune for a three year old to sample little bits, and bigger kids can eat their fill. Sometimes noisey, sometimes crowded, but most good family food places usually are.

What I love about this place is the prices are always reasonable you can always get something different every time you go for example when I went it was Chuckwagon day so they had things like potatoes and barbecue ribs and you get as much as you can eat for one price you cannot take any of the food out of the restaurant thats one of the only things I dont like theres plenty of parking and easy to see from Provo University Avenue

Other than the free drinks, the experience was sub par. Its too overpriced and the selection isnt that great. We went to Golden Corral a couple weeks ago and the selection was twice as large and twice as good as it was here at Chuck-a-Ramas. We decided to come here to try it out, but it will definitely be our first and last time here. If youre looking for an okay buffet restaurant in this area, Golden Corral is a better choice

This used to be a good place but they just keep cutting back they did away with egg, diced ham, olives and more I also noticed that on the ice cream bar no gummy bears, no black berries, rasberries and quality has gone down hill on some items doesnt taste as good I know there cutting back on budget but I know competitors that are bigger larger and have much more variety and have really stepped there game up unlike here!

Classic home cooking comfort food buffet. The best thing about Chuck-A-Rama is their scones (fried dough) and honey butter. Their seafood night sounds exciting, but like all buffets, you should generally avoid it. Seafood just wasnt meant to be in a buffet. They have good fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Dont forget to tip your server.

This place is always hopping and has the usual buffet crowds of large families and older people. They vary the food a little between nights and if you come on the right night you might find their tasty coconut shrimp. The salads are pretty good, but the definite highlight are their sticky buns.

Stopped here for lunch with 4 hungry kids on our way through town. The waitress was friendly and never left us waiting. There was not as much selection as the buffets in Vegas, but the food was much tastier! It tasted more home made. I would stop here again.

Ive never had a problem with the food. The food area and restrooms are always clean. Depending on the time of day and the day you go, the wait time for a table can be long. The carpet looks like it could use an update. The service is slow at times.

Loved the selection, cleanliness, and service of this place. Lots of drinks available. Food and dessert was decent for a buffet! Nice decor and everything was fresh when I went. I would recommend this place if youre looking for all-you-can-eat.

Chuck-a-Rama has always been a favorite. The food is always great and I especially like the layout of each place. The decor is better than other buffets. I like Golden Corral also, but Chuck-a-Rama is the better of the two.

When youre travelling and you want to experience the native cuisine, in Italy, eat Italian food, in Thailand, eat Thai food. In Utah, eat at Chuck-A-Rama. (And dont miss the scones with honey butter!)

Im not a fan of Chuck-A-Rama. If you must go, stick to the American dishes and youll be better off. Chinese food should not be served with American long grain white rice.

For a buffet, the food is pretty good. I heard that they were struggling with their air conditioning system but other than that I would go again in a heartbeat.
