OVERVIEW - 3.6 Came here for dinner for my wifes birthday. It seemed like a good option, all you could eat... Come to find out, this is an ultra, top secret meeting place for 65+ year olds. LOCATION - 5 Located on Main Street right off the freeway cant be a better location. PRICE - 4 To be honest, I wasnt too thrilled with the price. $13.99 per adult for dinner (mind you we paid for this price at 4:10pm). PRODUCT/SERVICE - 2 When it comes to the food, dining here as a senior citizen Im sure is a great advantage. The tastebuds, surely dont function as well as they once used to, so mediocre is actually rather delicious. Even though I saw the staff frequently testing temperatures and whatnot, the food tasted past their prime. The honey butter for the scones was nasty, too buttery taste and less honey taste. The only thing that tasted decent was the peach cobbler. POINTERS/PERKS - 4 Come a few minutes before 4pm to get the dinner plates. More bang for the buck. They also have an awesome display of a chuckwagon in the entrance with a I Spy Challenge that is kind of fun. I also enjoyed the various historical photos of the area. EMPLOYEES - 3 The "waitress" was nice. The reason I use quotations, is I dont know if she was a full-fledged waitress as she welcomed us at the beginning and asked if we would like some drinks (theyre self-serving anyways), and then cleared our table once. Ive always been confused about if they are waiters or not... Also, Im thoroughly convinced that the employees in the kitchen dont understand English... Language barriers can sometimes be an issue...

Well, food is ok! What they forgot is pleasing the customer! The last time we went there, the hostess took us to the dining room, and we saw a booth by a window that we like in a quiet area, and the hostess said no, because it was a booth for more than two persons. She took us back to the front to wait for a smaller booth. I grabbed my ticket, and went back and sat down on the booth we like. We went to get food, we asked our server for drinks, two minutes later the hostess told us " you cant seat there! Im going to tell the manager". He said " I will get another booth for you guys" he did in an other area we didnt like, because there were too many parties with a bunch of kids, yelling, crying, and running around the tables. The manager didnt help at all. We ended up asking for our money back, left our plates topped with food on the table, and left. On our way out we saw the booth we wanted still empty. Senseless!! Use your common sense for God sake!!! Customer is first!

Person charged me an additional $30 dollars because they typed in the wrong amount. Spent 3 hours trying to figure it out on the phone. The store lost my transaction. They wont fix the amount. Had to dispute the transaction with the bank. I showed them my credit card statement with the charge and they still didnt believe me. They never thought to just give me the $30 dollars they overcharged me. Obviously never coming back.

The food was good, the employees gave decent service, but they are terrible for special needs accomodation. Wheel chair access is difficult with narrow doorways, cattle chutes, and crowds. My daughter has a medical diet to prevent seizures & cant eat there, but we had to pay for her & then go back up front & get a refund at the end. Her special diet is difficult & Chuck-a-Ramas policy makes it even more hastle.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. We havent been to a Chuck A Rama for years. Remember, it is a buffet. So quality food is not the main reason for going here. But the Asian selection was actually quite good. The desserts were average. My main complaint was the drinks. The cups smelled of dirty dish rags. I think we spend $15 per person. Not a bad value. And the food was surprisingly good.

Just a run of the mill buffet. The prices for children were very reasonable. If youre looking to over eat this may be the place for you. But for the price point for adults, it was not a worth while experience. Very noisy, kids running around, somewhat messy. The food seemed to be very high in sodium. I dont have much negative to say, but I also dont have much good to say either.

Great food, so many options. The numerous salad toppings are plentiful. The chicken was delightful, I mean so good it was more like gourmet. The roast beef cooked to perfection. I could go on and on. Even in the reception area while waiting for the rest of our party they have like an eye spy and it was entertaining for the whole family.

We like Chuck-A-Rama for the variety. Every time we come to this location we are disappointed. The food seems to be prepared in a rush without the normal attention to detail that other locations have. The trays also often sit empty because food isnt replenished quick enough. Ill skip this location in the future.

Josie , kelly ,and travis are very rude and need to be fired. They are very disgusting people with horrible attitudes. Kelly should not be a manager as she has a horrible attitude and needs far more training on how to handle difficult situations. We will not be returning to this location in the near future.

Everything tasted great! We went in rather late recently and they ran out of scones. I asked if they were going to make more since they closed in 15 minutes and the manager went to the kitchen and made a fresh scone for my hubby, then actually brought it to the table. We were impressed.

When you have had a gastric bypass surgery and you can only eat 4oz of food, but you are with a group of people. You cant really just sit there not eating without feeling uncomfortable. You think they could charge a childs meal rate instead of a seniors rate at $13.00 a plate.

Kids really liked it (Which is why I am giving 3 stars not 2) but the food tasted like the fryer had not been changed in a while. The cake / deserts were hard and could barely eat... This place is great for old people and kids who dont / cant taste their food very well.

We like coming here with our whole family. The variety of options makes it easy for everyone at every age to find something they like. The food is pretty tasty, too. The staff are always friendly and helpful and we have never had a bad experience here.

We love the rolls! There is a nice selection of buffet foods for the whole family. We found some good vegetarian options along with a large salad/fruit selection. The look and find in the front was a nice way to pass the time while we waited.

I simply do not like this place. The food as a whole is just not good. The restaurant is nice but the food get a C-. It all honesty it is probably the nature of the business. With all the other places to eat around here, make another choice.

Crowded in the evenings but there is always good food. Usually good service but occasionally its hard to find someone to help out with replacing food or cutting the meat. Otherwise their cinnamon bits and fried chicken are delightful!
