Well, Ill begin by saying this pizza hut is notorious for messing up my familys orders. Thats fine but today I experienced some of the worst customer service in my life. When I picked up my online order I paid cash and got change. I was handed a receipt (which I later found out was just the order ticket) and I left with my food. I got a call from a woman over 2 hours later asking me if I paid. I explained that I did and asked if there was something I could help with. No one responded so I hung up the phone. I then got a call from a man telling me that I didnt pay I told him I did and got change and he said okay and hung up. My grandpa then decided to call and complain because I personally didnt care although I thought it was absurd to call and accuse your customer of not paying. I was over it until I got a call from the manager giving me an insincere apology. She asked if a $5 credit sounds good. I said if she thinks its fair then thats up to her. She then lied and told me she isnt even allowed to do $5 but feels bad so she will do that. Now I know they can credit more but I wasnt going to beg for them to give me anything free. Even if the customer doesnt pay on a $15 order its not a good idea to call them multiple times trying to collect hours after the fact. If I had more of a temper I wouldnt have taken this so easily. Im sure this isnt the proper procedure so they need to retrain.

The customer service was terrible! First of all, the radio was up so high it was a miracle they could hear each other. Waited for more than 5 min before anyone even acknowledged me. Several workers putting pizzas together looked saw me but otherwise ignored me. Thank goodness the phone rang and someone needed to answer it or who knows how much longer I would have needed to wait before someone came to the counter! After the little gal Jesse finished with the phone order, she checked my order. I was told that I would still need to wait even though the monitor said my order was ready and it was 10 minutes past time they said my order would be ready for pick up. I will never come to this location again. Only giving it 2 stars because my order was fine.

I do not recommend them. Ordered a pizza and it had HAIR all over the pizza. Instead of refunding me or getting me a replacement they refused to do so. They then went so far as to lie and act like they were refunding the money for a unedible piece of food they had delivered. Whats worse is that I know I wont get my tip back but I was extra generous that night then had to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund which they wont do. I normally would order stuff from them often but after this Im boycotting this place as its not worth it and knowing they wont do the right thing even though Im a long standing customer and would choose them over other places like Dominoes or Papa Johns (who have never had this much of a mess)

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with some cheese sticks. Pizza and sticks showed up looking like they were cooked under the sun all day. After calling to ask what could be done, the manager offered a 5$ coupon and for us to bring back the pizza and theyd make a fresh new one. Apparently, theyre too busy to fix an issue for an unhappy customer. After talking to the manager they agreed to send a new order, but couldnt deliver quickly. Seriously, pay for my food, then have to bring it back to you so you can make it fresh? Not happy with the experience; will not be using again! Edit: Cheyenne, the manager, made us a fresh pizza and had it delivered within 20 min. I appreciate her efforts to mitigate a bad situation,

To be clear I didnt order the food but the condition of the delivery is what gives a one star and a definite refusal to buy food from them. A pizza hut delivery driver today around noon was smoking while driving their vehicle to deliver. I would never want "smoked" pizza in that way and thought it to be completely disrespectful to the service and to products quality. Enjoy that kind of smoked pizza if you wish. Also, I called to report this and the store did not answer the phones, may have been busy, and received an immediate call back only to be hung up on when I answered the phone.

I am absolutely apaulled by the service i have recived at the Orem utah location.Call for a delivery and was told 45 min wait.A hour later i call,and was told that the driver dilivered to wrong address and would let me talk to the driver.Was explaoned his mistake and was told i would have a new pizza made and would take another 20 to 25 min.We waited the time and he finally showed up.Not only was i charged for the mistake but also was given the 1 and a half hour old pizza cold to me..like freeken really?..I demand something to be done.Is really crappy srvice.

I ordered 1 large pizza and the cookie pan and she charged me way more than she was supposed to. Then she pretended she couldnt hear me all of a sudden and transferred me to the actual Pizza Hut place by my house and put in some ridiculous order for $170. I try to be nice to customers over the phone because Im in customer service as well. If you gonna answer the phone with attitude and be rude from the get go, please do everyone a favour and get a new job, this isnt the place for you. Any ways still love Pizza Hut just get nicer people at your call centers.

I like this Pizza Hut. They have really bad turnover, because they only hire high school kids, maybe junior high kids. But, its very convenient for me because I live close. They dont mess up on the order very often, and I love Pizza Hut pizza. I like how you can customize your order online, which is important for me because Im really picky about my pizzas. Theyre really fast for online ordering. Its always done before I get there.

Horrible Customer Service. Long wait times even once pizza is ready. Consistently mess up orders. Takes forever for them to run your card to pay. Last time I went in their internet was down and theyd only accept cash. Consistently will have more than one employee in the front but they are all just standing around not assisting customers. I recommend taking the extra time and going to the one on univeristy instead.

Placed an order at around 9:39 PM, for some boneless wings. They close at 10:30 on Sunday nights and I get a call five minutes after I placed the order saying that they shut off the wing Street equipment. Why the heck do you turn off your wing Street equipment before you close? Especially if it was nine minutes before I called that they did it, Bad experience.

I will never order from this place again! First time they send the wrong toppings, next time burned cheesy bread, I called and complained and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I got a 10 dollar credit and used it and got NO toppings, just bread with sauce on it on half of my large pizza. Im done complaining, Im ordering from Dominos next time.
