Let me start out by saying that I love Taco Bell. But ever since this one has opened, it has demonstrated poor service. A couple months ago, I went there at 10:30 pm and no one was answering the drive-thru prompter. So I drive to the window and a guy said that his manager told him to close up. (They are supposed to close at midnight). In a recent trip at about 11:10 pm, I go through the drive thru and the guy just couldnt get my order right. I repeated myself three times and then I just gave up figuring the order was close enough (and I didnt want them to do anything to my food). I get my food and when I get home, the order was completely wrong. I go for the receipt and there isnt one (and they forgot my napkins too). I didnt want to deal with it right then (because I knew if I called, I would be answered by the same people who served me and they werent helpful at all). Next day, I give them a call and a guy claiming to be the manager says no problem, come in and give them my name and everything will be fixed. A couple of days later, I go at 9:55 pm and enter the lobby. The moment I enter the lobby, one of their employees tells me that the lobby is closed (the sign says that the lobby closes at 10:00 pm). I am now kind of agitated, because I would have prefered to have this resolved face-to-face. So, I go through the drive-thru. With only one car infront of me, I am not answered until 10:08 (that is 13 minutes later!). I try to explain the situation, but the name of the manager that I give they say doesnt exist. Then they say they cant help me without a receipt (which they didnt give me). Well, I called the corporate office because they need to fix somethings at this Taco Bell

Im pretty disappointed in this location. Im a Lindon resident and go often but lately Ive experienced some very concerning issues and I believe is a lack of maturity in the staff. First off, a few days ago, the teenager giving us our food at the window made a comment that " man, I hate when I squirt this sauce on myself." Then asked my girlfriend, " do you squirt" and " Its okay, you can tell me." I complained online with no response so I called in to the manager and she said " Oh Im very sorry that happened ( as all managers say ) and he will probably be written up." It was unacceptable and sad. The hours say it closes at midnight but occasionally the lights outside are out before 11pm. I thought I knew it closes at midnight so I went to the window tonight. The two teens inside, one of which looked like a manager because of his shirt, said they were so backed up so they shut off the lights. I asked if I could still order and they said yes but then gave me the food for free. I assume because they already closed out the registers or just hoping I wouldnt do what Im doing now and rat them out . I get they probably wanna go home but Ive worked in the restaurant business myself and have gotten a table of 10 one minute before closing. yeah it sucks but its still apart of your job. By the way, Beefy crunch burritos have sour cream in them fellas. Two stars because I like their overpriced tiny portions of american mexican food. Its decent fast food and the closest Taco Bell for a few miles. JUST HIRE MATURE EMPLOYEES DAMMIT.

Probably wont ever be going to this Taco Bell again. Rude careless staff. Waited 20 minutes for 2 cars in drive thru- were of beef even though still open for 2 hours? Asked for chx instead, made those tacos wrong- no sour cream or tomatoes. Go back and asked them to fix it, gave me a broken taco, a cold taco, and the steak flatbread sand which was the saddest thing Ive ever seen. Also gave me the wrong change and asked if it was "cool" that he didnt have the right change to give me. All in all spent 10 bucks on basically 2 large sodas because thats the only thing I could consume after my visit, yay!

I was excited to have a taco bell closer to me but was quickly disappointed with the service here. They are very slow getting your order to you. It is common to be waiting 20 minutes or more whether youre in the lobby or in the drive-thru. They even turned me away once saying they were too busy and couldnt make my food instead of just letting me know it would be a longer wait than usual (usual being about 20 min) if I was willing to wait. I have stopped going to this location because it is faster and easier for me to just go to a different location in the next city over.

More than likely the worst Taco Bell in Northern Utah. We have gone here multiple times, each time ordering the same things to see if they would ever make the order right. The rice is never cooked, they put nacho cheese on a quesadilla... really guys? More often than not, items are forgotten and never put in the bag, and if there is the correct amount of items in the bag, I can guarantee you one of those items is the wrong order, or made completely wrong. I rated 2/5 because of the fact it still is a Taco Bell and the physical location is in a convenient area.

The food was prepared poorly there was hardly any cheese in my quesadilla it was prepared wrong I asked for no sauce they gave me sauce I brought it to the managers attention and she became irritated and told me thats all the cheese you get and we dont melt the cheese and I had to insist that they melt the cheese on the quesadilla and she wasnt happy about it I do not recommend this Taco Bell at all. The tables were dirty the chairs were dirty everyone seems stressed out and upset that work there

I pay for extra cheese and sour cream on my bean burritos and NEVER get it in drive-thru. If I go into the store, there are maybe 5 extra shreds of cheese and the sour cream is always all at one end. They NEVER have Apple Empanadas ready, no matter what time of day I come thru. Taco Bell used to be a good deal but too many short cuts and the food just tastes bad now. Very disappointed. The new commercial is offensive but not specifically to this location.

I am doing this review as I am sitting here waiting for my foot, and waiting. And waiting and waiting. They are not making the good in order of who ordered. I ordered two sliders that took the 25 min to get them out to me. They are horrible understaffed, and not even trying to go fast to compensate. One lady after ordering and paying, waited 30 min just to end up being late and leaving with out food or a refund.

I live near this taco bell, and I like taco bell, so I visit it frequently. They almost always get something wrong, whether it is ringing up an item wrong, being out of an ingredient, making an item incorrectly, or failing to properly lid the cup (causing an easy spill in the car). I live close, and like the food, so I kinda have to go, but these guys need to get their consistency up.
