8The food was not bad but for the price you would hope for better than "not bad". I ordered my food at 730pm on a Wednesday night. By 830 when I still hadnt seen anything or heard anything I called, especially since they close at 9pm. When I called the Gentleman told me they had been busy and they apologize for the delay. I was 100% ok with this...better for me I thought if they are busy they are doing good business which means good food! He also went on to tell me that he had just spoken with the driver and it would be at my house in 8 to 10 minutes, "perfect, thank you " I said with a smile. 915pm came, still no food and even worse no answer when I called. I have 4 kids and the order was $49 and they all had been waiting at this point 2 hours. So no answer 50 bucks and 4 kids looking at me like what they heck where is our food bed time was 20 mins ago. (I sucked as a parent this day). I got in the car and drove to this place. I was met with a "sorry were closed " which was met with unhappiness. For his part they called the driver back....where she was no clue.... we got the food and cheap. But I would have expected to pay the 50% off price for the quality of the food rather than what he was charging.

I used to order from them all the time. It was great! I called to order & was told they changed owners recently. They explained that their prices went up (average of $2 per entree) because they are more upscale now & have larger portions. I tried to order the same things we used to. That alone would be fine. No longer do they serve the mo shu chicken. No longer do they serve the chicken skewers. No longer do they serve the sweet & sour chicken. Fine. I ordered some other items I normally order. The food came faster then it had in the past (we had it delived). The portions were MUCH smaller than before. The food was not as good. It was jUsT -eh okay- compared to before. The owner did give us some free crap puffs (couldnt find the crab- still super appreciated) & a 2 liter of cola. I truly appreciate them trying to go above & beyond, like I said I used to order from there a lot! There was NO rudeness or anything unprofessional. However, my families food simply wasnt that good,Plus my regular bill was about $7 HIGHER than it had been on the past & I didnt even get all the stuff I wouldve since they didnt serve them.

Their food is good, but their customer service sucks. If there food was excellent I would put up with the poor service, but my office always orders office lunches here and gives them a lot of business, tonight I advised it looked like they accidentally poured too much peanuts in the Kung Pao Chicken and the idiot told me, "Just take it out." I said, there is more peanuts than chicken in this, I dont want more food I would just like my money back and he said no. After going back and forth, I said, ok, so I am a regular customer and you are going to ruin my evening because you put too much peanuts and lose me as a customer? He said, "Throw away and then I dont care if you oder from me again.and just hung up on me." Really?!

This was the first time we tried this place and we are so impressed! The food is so flavorful and tastes great. There are tons of vegetarian options which I greatly appreciate. We ordered a little bit of everything to try it out since we consider ourselves picky eaters and all the food was fantastic. The cheese puffs were one of our favs. Also really good was the Mandrin Tofu and the Kung Pau Chicken (which my husband says was better than Pei Wei). The delivery was fast and our food arrived hot. And the best part is that our stomachs didnt hurt from the food, which can be the case with fried food and Asian food sometimes. We love this place and will definitely be ordering again soon.

Ive been to almost every place in mesa. Anyone who types a negative post about this place just r negative pissy people. Their food is awesome. Their portion size is great. Its cleaner than most peoples kitchen. & they happily alter the order to make people happy. Thats what matters in great food. (So 4 all those people who want their tushies kissed. EAT UR OWN COOKED FOOD.)

We regularly order from Ginger Zing. Food is always hot, flavorful and delicious! Their staff is super polite and professional. We love the cream cheese puffs, honey sesame chicken, teriyaki ninja chicken and Hawaiian caramel chicken. Plus, they seem to always have special and coupons going on so the price is very wallet friendly.

The food was amazing !! Would strongly recommend it to anyone who likes their food made hot and fresh, made to order every time! It does however take about 15min on average to get your food but it so worth it because its fresh. Customer service is top notch and will continue to come here as long as it remains open

Food was not that great, chicken was dry. Egg roll was too spongy. The interior is awful, no air conditioning, no ice in the soda machine. Overall, I wouldnt recommend eating here. Also, I think you can disregard all the "reviews" where the reviewer has only made a single review.

Friendly staff, fast delivery and my order is alway accurate! The food is flavorful and well made, the Tofu and vegetable dishes are just as good as the tradition cuisine. I highly recommend the spring rolls, fried rice with shrimp, Teriyaki Ninja Tofu, and Hawaiian Caramel Beef.

The food is delicious,the services not good at all....the girl that answers the phone totally bad services!!!!!! Every time we call is busy she takes to long taking the orders if you guys dont change that you are going to lose a lot of customers....sorry but its the truth:/

Both times that I have gone here the food was amazing! The portion sizes are great! The only drawback that I would have would be the time to get the food out to you at lunch because of their popularity at lunch for delivery. Overall, I would recommend it to anybody

For the most part the food was fresh and tasty. We liked everything but the Hawaiian pineapple beef dish. It said it came with been thread noodles but they were literally dry and hard to swallow. Ive never had bean threads dry like that...usually they are hydrated.

I have searched for a good Chinese place ever since my favorite place closed. I found this place about 6 months ago and it has great!! It has large portions for a great low price. My favorite is the orange chicken. You must try this place!!

After waiting a hour and a half gor delivery food was cold. Didnt taste bad.........but definitely not any better than any other chinese take out. Expected a lot better than we received. Second star comes from the staff being polite.

I love Chinese foods thats why I always drop by in this place. Their Chinese foods are inconsistent in taste. There are times that I can really savor the taste I am craving for in a Chinese food but sometimes I cant which disappoint me.
