I have gone to this BK multiple times and Everytime I have gone I have had to go back and have them fix it. When you go back they dont apologize or anything. Just get you your food and on your way again. Today was the fourth time I have gone back for them to fix a mistake. Im almost ready to throw in the towel and give up on them. This place has some of the worst people I have ever met in a customer service job. I would almost rather drive back down to Shea and get Mcdonalds for lunch. Please start paying attention and get the order right the first time. Thank you

This location has been 1 star to 4 over the years. When it hit bottom about five years ago, I called the franchise office and spoke to their traveling manager and provided honest, unemotional feedback. I managed a chain of franchised fast food restaurants many years ago. The feedback was accepted, the manager of this location changed, and the difference was immediately night and day. Its back to one star and should be closed. Eat anywhere in Fountain Hills instead of this place and youll be doing yourself a favor.

...really, two stars is generous. There was the nicest manager here for the longest time, then like most high turnover environments...poof! Walked in and the new manager kind of looks over at me like...ohh, youre there. Then a kid walks up to the register and mumbles something to me. He actually did know how to use the BK app I presented. Fries were barely warm, chicken strips tasted pathetic. Dont always get this experience, but this was my most recent.

Unfortunately, I cant rate zero stars. This is the last time I give this location another chance. Every time we go, an order is messed up, theyre always interrupting you over the speaker and are just really short with you. We have also received burnt food on every occasion we have gone to this location. Its like half the time they dont even listen, just working to get the money. Good news is, its only in the morning and afternoon. The night crew is great.

just waited in drive thru for 15 min then was asked what i ordered,no reciept with order no greeting no apologies for the LONG wait. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME ! the last visit two weeks ago the Angus burger was worst burger ever tasted was home when discovered the nasty thing and was not going back for another. Tried again this week and this happened will not EVER patronize this business and will tell everyone i know not to.

Now you have to pay for condiments??? Just paid your inflated price for a combo meal and I cant have 2 packs of ranch? Twice the money for half the burger and 25 cents for sauce. You can keep your POS food I will never be back. By the way, its ok to hire people that are actually qualified to flip a half a burger. 1 star is about 3 too many

The dude in the blonde hair is always awesome, hes very friendly unlike other places you go in fountain hills!!! They really need a new manager here & I think they should give him a chance to go farther then a regular employee there.. Always smiling & greets with a friendly attitude...

Waited 5 minutes before someone acknowledged I was there. Then they were out of medium tops for the cups and notified them, they didnt care. Half their cashiers can hardly understand English. Honestly, do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds instead.

No thank you given for transactions frequently.. Charged for ranch and burgers are cold while going through drive threw half the time. One of the guys who works there drive threw is a real diva and ignores you.

I always love this Burger King. Great food but only decent service. The last time I was here it was pretty evident that the cashier didnt want to be there. The restaurant itself though was very clean.

Waited 15-20 mins for a burger fries and chicken sandwich. Food sucked. Tons of workers in the back but not a clue on what they were doing. Best part of the visit was the fountain drink. Sad.
