I came in and stood at the counter while one of the employees took his time washing his hands. When he did come up to the counter he asked how can he help me? I smiled and I asked him what specials they had and he went to another employee and said something to him. The other employee came up and said how can I help you? I asked him about the specials. I looked back and the first employee was back in the kitchen and he gave me a rude look. I felt that he didnt want to help me so he called his co worker to help me. The one who did help was decent. I will not go back there again and will tell my friends of all nationalities not to go there. The owner needs to do a better job of hiring good people, not just to have warm bodies in the store to run it. Surprised they are still in business.

Ive ordered from this place a few times and never had a problem. Made an order tonight and the jackass delivery guy shows up with the wrong receipt. I say to him this isnt my receipt and he goes ok sign on the line. I go no the amount is wrong I wont sign. So he looks at it and goes oh ok and leaves. Doesnt say hes coming back or gives me any sort of consolation and acts like its no big deal. So I called the store and spoke to the manager Kaitlyn and she didnt seem to care. Advised they would refund my card in 3 days which is unacceptable and argued with me on the fact that her driver was so rude and was an idiot. Never again will I spend my hard earned money here. Completely unacceptable.

This is for the restaurant owner attention: 1- I sorry for your restaurant because you trust someone and put in your restaurant to run business your manager was very RUDE and unprofessional . i have restaurant but I want to eat different food I order 2 medium special by phone ,when I go to get my pizza they try to charge $2.00 extra I ask why manager told me for extra cheese.and he told me do you want pizza or what I dont ask free stuff but the way he talk to the customer very wrong.he should know customers are the his pay check.the way he talk to me disrespect and RUDE and I did not get the pizza.your store loose money not me.and I will pass this all around the fountain hills .

We have no other pizza delivery where we live in FH, which is very bad. This Pizza Hut has repeatedly made our orders incorrectly and with half the normal amount of toppings. Even when we order extra toppings, we receive a pizza that has less than the regular amount. The meat lovers they make you can even see the crust through the top of the pizza. We have had to throw out two pizzas already and call the store to complain. Stay away, not worth the frustration. 3 strikes and your out. We will never return.
