I went for a blizzard here and the service was HORRID. When we were paying the machine was faulty and I didnt have cash . The guys working there were willing to give it to us for free but a blonde girl was not. After she talked to her manger she said we can send your credit card number over the phone but who in the world gives there number to a complete stranger. The blonde girl said we could not have the ice cream so I stormed off. A grateful man behind us said he would pay for my blizzard. It made me feel VERY VERY VERY humiliated. The thing was is he got his ice cream for free by paying for mine so whats the difference if between us and him. It made us feel like it was my fault that they had fifteen year old machine ( which is actually true the worker told us) and a lesser being. They blonde worker was just RUDE to the max.

Went in for a blizzard and got vanilla ice cream in a cup and my boys milkshake was like milk in a cup. Just because its busy doesnt mean you through quality out the door! And when someone says there shake tastes like pure milk there not making it up, YOU screwed it up! Fix it with a smile dont be a HAG! The other DQs dont have this problem...READ ALL YOUR OTHER REVIEWS OBVIOUSLY THERE IS A ATTITUDE PROBLEM HERE PEOPLE! The fat Mexican lady working today at 2:00 pm needs to move on...

Like other Scottsdale DQ they dont accept Egift cards. Called ahead to verify and was assured they accepted them. When I arrived apparently they assumed I wanted to purchase one. Complete waste of my lunch. Choose another place to eat for your lunch. Im going to toss my gift card and go to a Sonic from now on.

I was thrilled to find they still had cherry dipped cones at this location. Hard to find. Friendly staff. Seats could be a little comfier, but you arent going to spend a ton of time here anyways. Great park across the street.

This one of the suckiest diary queens I have ever been too. They have poor costumer service ever. Try to order combos and just got sandwiches. They did not even try to fix it

Love the blizzards. The new filled blizzard is more gimicky. I didnt like it any more than a regular blizzard. There wasnt enough cherry for every cheesecake bite.

The only ice cream parlor where its hotter inside than it is outside it seems that every place on that side of the shopping center dont believe in air conditioning

Every time I go here a different group of teens are working the counter. Twice Ive been there recently and the ice cream machine wasnt working.
