There idea of this shop is neat for those who need it. I did.. I tried contacting them over a months time. Called and got told need to talk to the manager but shes not there. Waited a week and they said to email the manager and shed get back to me... She didnt. Called again and they said to email the owner.. Never heard back. Stopped by because I was in town, no one was there that I could talk to. Left a note, finally the manager emailed me back.. We talked some they said they were able to do it and to set up a consultation with them. They said it needs to be in person.. I was willing to pay for it than and there... They sent me a invoice for 25 fee for the consultation which I was under the impression that it was ok to pay when I went there... I showed up for my consultation and the owner wasnt there... AGAIN... After emailing for a month calling over and over and actually going to the place which is at least a hour away from where I live .. To be ignored like this. Someone shouldnt have to beg for your business!! Thanks for adding to my stress to my big day is the best thing I can say to you.

i used to eat gluten free, and this shop was a lifesaver. i never tried the bread (Udis all the way!) but the cookies and brownies were heavenly. i took the two kids i used to nanny (who are not gluten free) and let them each get a cookie and they loved them. my mom is gluten free and lives in an area with no bakeries she can get things at, so when i flew to texas for a visit, i went and got half a dozen of their oatmeal and craisin cookies (with lines of icing on top) and took them to her, she loved them! as for the prices, they werent that high for a gluten-free bakery. i regularly picked up a cookie or two for a snack on our way into Salt Lake, and it was well-worth the price. i would recommend them to anyone, gluten free or not.

I dont have a need to eat gluten free and in response to the previous comment about being too expensive... You get what you pay for. My wife loves, LOVES a good cupcake. I try to find them closer to home all the time so I can surprise her, but every one Ive purchased has been a disappointment. Gluten free or not. Except Sweet Cake cupcakes! She loves them and so do I. The hummingbird cakes are our most favorite. Keep up the good work!

I love the desserts they have. I called on a Friday to order 3 dozen cookies to be picked up on Saturday. They told me the they needed 48 hours for special orders. They didnt even ask what I needed. So I called their competitor and called in an order, and they were more then happy place my order. Sweet Cake Bake just lost my business. And I was a good customer that spent a lot of money there.

I love your cookies, cupcakes, and other treats. They are so delicious and I love that I dont have to bake every gluten free thing I eat. I did not love your bread. Ive been gluten free for over 4 years and have experimented a lot with bread making. I was disappointed when I paid over $7 for a loaf of your bread only to find that it was dry, dense, and not even yeast risen. Needs some work.

My wife has been celiac for years and cant find a decent bakery in Las Vegas, NV. We were told about this bakery about 5 years ago and my wife felt she was in heaven! Everything weve had there is excellent! We havent had any problems with customer service and compared to prices we pay in Vegas for poor product.....worth the drive for the treats.

A dozen brownies for 25.00. That is just over 2.00 a piece. Even your mixes are marked up by 50% at least. Too bad, would so much rather support local biz. More people would by GF and not be so resistant to the reality that they are probably Gluten Intolerant of Allergic if GF foods werent so crazy expensive.

Tried this place for the first time and got a chocolate sour cream bundt cake. I feel like the cake was too dry and it crumbled when I tried to put my fork through it. Bundt cakes, especially sour cream bundt cakes, should be moist and spongy, not so dense and dry. Too bad.

When I found out I had celiac, my neighbor brought me two cupcakes from here as a "welcome to the club" gift. I ate them with very low expectations, but was blown away! They tasted amazing! So thankful to have this shop close by!
