I used to love going here because they are one of the only places that offer Vegan Red Velvet cupcakes (my favorite). It is easily over a 30 minute drive from where I live but I dont mind splurging every once in a while since I do love their cupcakes and its a nice treat, however their customer service is TERRIBLE! Last week, I drove out to pick up a late night snack. I got there around 8:50 and tried using the cupcake "ATM" for 2 red velvet vegan cupcakes.. The machine then charged my card, and no cupcakes. I walked around the corner and by this time it was barely 9:00. I figured the doors were locked and I was out of luck, but I pulled on the front door and it opened up. I stepped inside and waited for the girl who came from the back and tried to explain to her the only cupcake I wanted was "unavailable" in the ATM and to see if there was anything she could do. Before I could finish, she cut me off and demanded I leave the store immediately since they were closing. I tried telling her the front doors were unlocked and if they arent going to allow people in their store they should be locked, and she told me I needed to "get out".. So I left and drove back home with nothing.. The girls here are always extremely rude and unhappy. Isnt the point of a cupcake ATM to access cupcakes when the business is closed? IT SHOULD BE STOCKED WHEN THE STORE CLOSES!!!!! It also took the store 3 days to process a REFUND to my card for the charge on cupcakes I NEVER got! RIDICULOUS! So unhappy!

Great marketing can make a good product seem bigger and better than it is, thus the pricing. The cupcakes are definitely good but you can find the same quality cupcake at a lot of other bakeries that dont do the same kind of marketing and charge a lot less. I find what makes these particular cupcakes stand out is the the unique flavors offered. If you can only find a ginger lemon cupcake at one place that one place can charge whatever it wants - particularly if its a good cupcake as in the case here. I like the product and for the uniqueness in flavors alone I can justify the price every once in a while.

WHY CHARGE 50 CENTS FOR A FRICKING BOX!!!! $4.00 CUPCAKE $0.50 BOX. = RIDICULOUS Had several flavors and disappointed by ALL!!! Carrot cake...tastes like hot tamale candy with carrots. Peanut butter chip/chocolate...cake tastes like nothing the frosting was good tho. Vanilla...not good at all ESPECIALLY if a kid wont eat it:( Sprinkle cupcake was the WORST!!! Margarita cupcake was probably the best one but the lime flavor needs to be amped up. Salt was good on top :) DEFINITELY OVERPRICED 50 CENTS A BOX IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Absolutely nothing special about this place. The cupcakes were dry and the frosting was hard. I got 4 different flavors so I can try a variety and honestly I couldnt tell the difference. I tried the red velvet, black and white, smores, and triple cinnamon. I wasnt concerned about the price but I was expecting something more with the reputation of the "sprinkles" name. The only thing that was positive was the employee that pulled the cupcakes for me was really nice, the one that rang me up though not so much. Will not be back.

Some of the best cupcakes Ive ever had in my life - the cupcake trend may be over, but Sprinkles will be here to stay! Theyre just that darn good! The only cupcakes that are better, would be ones covered in actual rainbow sprinkles - you know, like the ones a unicorn cries, not the ones Homer J Simpson likes on his donuts. The fruity flavored ones are my personal favorites, but the specialty ones are unique in their own special ways. Check their social media sites for BYGO offers, and the ocasional freebie.

Best cupcakes I have ever had. When they say that their Red Velvet cupcake is the top seller they mean it. The staff is very polite and is always happy to answer any questions. When I have ever need any cupcake ideas the staff has always been willing to help come up with the best way for me to get the most for my dollar. Im very pleased to see that there are finally two males who work at this location. Overall, I can see why this store is still in business even though the economy isnt the best.

These cupcakes are really delicious. They have a few flavors always on sale and then a bunch of other rotating flavors, many seem a little ridiculous. Lets face it, this is a terrible place if youre on a diet, but if you have a sweet tooth - its the place to be! The only reason I didnt give it five stars is that the cupcakes are extremely overpriced. This is a good option if you can expense the cupcakes to someone else, but lets face it, $52 for a dozen cupcakes is highway robbery.

The cupcakes are dry and the frosting is so sweet you can not tell if the cake has flavor or not. I have had multiple cupcakes from Sprinkles, figured they might get better but they did not. The cupcakes fall apart because they are so dry and as I said before the frosting is so over powering that you can not taste whether or not the cake has flavor. However, I have tried just the cake by itself and it still had no flavor what so ever.

Super disappointed. Id rather buy a box of cupcake mix and make some myself. The cake was very weak in flavor and the frosting was way too hard and sweet. (Tried red velvet, triple cinnamon, pineapple, and double chocolate) Only reason I give it 2 stars is because their snickerdoodle cookie was pretty good. But hey, people come for the cupcakes. Not the cookies. I wont be going back.

I was there in the afternoon during business hours and saw a few people in line so I used the Cupcake ATM and got my vegan red velvet cupcake. It was fast and simple. The cupcake was decent and I appreciated the cake to frosting ratio, unlike most cupcakes which are grossly over frosted. The reason Im not giving this five stars is because theres only one vegan flavor.

Worst....just because Oprah says its good doesnt mean it is!!! Tastes like it came out of a childs easy bake oven. I had red velvet cake last weekend from "Nothing Bundt Cake" and it was very moist and the frosting was heavenly. Will not buy cupcakes from Sprinkles EVER AGAIN! Too expensive and people wait in line? No thanks, I have better taste then that!

Gourmet cupcakes which are worth the price! They rolled out a new loyalty program this past month [Feb 2016] which replaces the previous program; sign up and earn rewards, potentially earning a free dozen cupcakes for your birthday. They also feature a Cupcake ATM, so you can buy cupcakes, even when they are closed; its round the side of the entrance.

Pretty yummy. ... at $3.25 each, I made sure every crumb was devoured. They were very good... the frosting was sweet, but smooth and didnt have a icky after taste like most store bought cupcakes have. The cake was very moist, fresh, and delicious. SPRINKLES is a nice little splurge but unfortunately isnt all that amazing to make frequent visits to.
